I am confused how you lost the hand at 8:58 in. You had a pair of 2s that would play on the bottom. That beat the dears hand of Ace hi paigow on the bottom. You had A K on the top, the dealer had KQ. Why did you fold that hand? Trying to learn and that did not make sense to me.
@@merryswerngin1547 Absolutely, I did have the dealer’s Ace-High Pai Gow beat…but “All hands push on Delaer’s Ace-High Pai Gow”, it’s written on the felt. This is how the house get’s it’s edge on Face Up Pai Gow Poker. Thanks for watching!

I know not in this session, but I find the dealer A high to be pretty streaky so I bet it after the dealer gets one. Also when you had 3 pair (this case it didn’t matter because dealer had A high) but usually you should set it with the highest pair on top not the lowest. Great video!
Ace-High does seem streaky on other channels as well…but at 9.29% house edge on - 5-15-40 pay table, I just can’t bring myself to do it.
I found the best way for me to win at this game is too progressive believe raise my bets one unit after each win if you continually bet the same on hands that you win and hands that you lose it's harder to show a profit

Do you ever think to switch up the position your playing? Esp then the dealer is getting cards,like,that jeez
@@righteouslancer5137 when I’m not recording, I’ll switch seats every now and then. Logistically, the footage is just easier to capture if I have a consistent play- and display-area, especially when the dealer splays their cards.
Noted that you are filming at the Red Rock exclusively so far. Are you planning on filming at other Casinos? I don't like it when SAM (stupid ass machine) does the dealing but unfortunately that is the sign of the times. So, after 5 sessions you are down $274 which isn't too bad. But it is time to turn the tables around with some big wins. Pulling for you.
@@Trojan2024 Absolutely, more casinos to come next year. Stations Casinos were the first to grant me recording privileges and I’ve learned so much from this past trip, hoping to parlay that knowledge into more casinos.
