    i had this idea: i notice if i keep my hand still while sliding my elbow inward (slide right elbow to the left, for instance) it moves my wrist into a cupped position. i can do this even when my fingers are loaded with more weight than i can turn inwards. haven't had a chance to try it for real but i will tomorrow at practice. what do u think bob?

      That will certainly set a cup but not necessarilly a hook.

    Cracking video. I’m really struggling to pin opponents. I can hold them and maintain centre table but can close the match. Any tips?

      Maybe you need to pull them towards you befor going for the pin to open them up more..if it just center your stuck in same thing applies..you need to improve back pressure to get their hand more to your side.

      your leg position, arm position and overall position on the table is just wrong. if you can hold them center easy, you can pin them, just need to know how to position yourself so you dont loose leverage and power while pinning

    About that pushing down technique would you tell us the setup for that.. i mean do you do high grip or super tight grip or low grip?!?!?!!!!!????????? ❤

    Can you make some video about flap press? I'm straggle to understand if the key is push more to the side or toward your opponent
