Nikon S mount to Canon EF? Not I know of. The flange distance will be an issue. If you are talking about Canon EF lens to Nikon rangefinder, I'm not aware of any. The EF lens uses electronic aperture and some of the lenses have focus by wire design, so it's probably not worth the trouble adapting. Hope I answered your question.
