Hope if your feeling good, but its hard when your down puts you into deep thought

Horny
This song feels like fear and nostalgia combined into a single feeling.

you should look up everywhere at the end of time by the caretaker and its concept, you'll be truely disturbed

*_This sounds like what cold night air smells like._*
You're right, chilly air smells different. I hate summer, mainly because of the stale, humid air and the annoying hundred degree weather. Once fall rolls around the air smells like leaves, or something. It's great.
Have you ever gotten off an airplane at night and the air outside is warm and humid? It's such a surreal feeling.
I have winters it’s cool😎😎

omg yes!
The beginning of the song makes me think of all the mornings I woke up at my grandmother’s house and shuffling off to Kindergarten.. then towards the midpoint it feels like a transition of me thinking back to that time.. it’s a weird feeling. Being in my 20s is such a weird time, the world you live in no longer exists, but you miss it dearly. I’d give anything to have a childhood in the 90s/00s again. It was beautiful.
Me either i felt that way to when i listen to this song... really weird, because i think about my childhood all over again, and when i dream about it, i was so happy because everything is back to the way it was...
But then, i wake up and everything are really different... i miss it so much..
@@ratusyifakmfr… like have you ever woke up early and saw the blue sky, it just, hits different, I’d do anything to experience it again…
beautiful for the west, but not in yugoslavia (especially bosnia) not in tajikistan. not in rwanda. not in iraq. not in chechnya. not in the eastern hemisphere of asia as a middle-class. but of course, so much privileged people in the west want to relive the 90s because they got it good.. lucky

this song doesn't come off as creepy. it has this aura of being extremely familiar, and nostalgic, like something from deep within your childhood. nothing scary or evil, just... familiarity. this song is like something you'd see in a childhood dream, its fuzzy, it doesn't have a definite structure or form, but you can still make it out in your head. and weirdly, it makes you feel safe.
basically this songs great and it says a lot in 2 minutes.
Its like liminal spaces. It’s like a Dr.Seuss illustration. Indefinite and abstract. Like an empty playground where you used to play when you were a kid. Weird feeling really.
Absolute Moron Or like the album of Leyland Kirby “Everwhere at the end of time”
Explained it perfectly
Cunningmist1025 that album gives me beautiful chills
I think it’s kind of creepy because it reminds of that feeling of absolute vulnerability that comes with being a child. Looking back and thinking, “Wow... I could have been hurt so badly, and I wouldn’t have been able to do anything about it.” And maybe some people were hurt very badly; but the memory of helplessness is the same for everybody.
I’ve been listening to this song on and off for the last week on repeat while studying, showering, going on walks and using it to set scenes in my head... this morning I was sleeping on my side and I woke up from a weird dream, I slowly opened my eyes and looked at the clock... it read 6:47

“Art should comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable.”
― Cesar A. Cruz
Wow.
Half the comment section saying this song makes them feel nostalgic, anxiety ECT are the comfortable. Everyone here is trying to be sad
Can you explain it please?
@@Brasle65 The same music or piece of art that makes you comfortable can make someone else uncomfortable, it all depends on the subjectivity of the person interacting with the art. That is the beauty of art because people are able to find comfort in art no matter the subject.
Also if someone is comfortable lets say in life they got dealt a lucky hand, a creepy art piece might make them feel something they would not feel in the first place, allowing them to grow beyond their comfort zone. The same creepy art piece could make someone who is already disturbed to feel peace because the creepiness resonates with their inner emotions. Best I can explain, hope it helped

This song is just...haunting. I can't explain it. It's an eerie mixture of creepiness, nostalgia, and comfort all in one. Listening to it reminds me of a nightmare I had one night when I was little. In my nightmare, I walked around my city trying to find people, but no matter where I went, I couldn't find anyone. Everything was just...empty. I remember hearing a strange humming noise in the background as I wondered through the landscape. I also remember calling out and screaming out for anyone to hear me, only to be followed by deafening silence. I started hyperventilating when the isolation finally set in, and the realization that I might be alone for the rest of my life, never to see my family, friends, or loved ones again. Never to play video games with my siblings again, or have sleepovers, or make new friends. I started to panic at this point. I finally screamed at the top of my lungs one last time for good measure as tears rolled down my cheeks. Everything was gone. I had nothing. Just...emptiness. You ever had a nightmare so intense and so real that you woke up in a cold sweat and just cried afterward? Yeah, this was one of those.
Edit: To anyone reading this, describe your worst nightmare below. I'm incredibly curious to read your replies.
@@honkboy Oh my God! First of all, thanks so much for replying! I didn't think anyone would. Second of all...holy crap. Lol, I got actual chills reading that. Dreams are weird, but seeing that thing in real life in the corner of your dark room? F##K that.
I don't have nightmares that bad, nor do I dream really. It's very rare, and I can only somewhat remember them. They're years apart usually.
They usually revolve around some sort of impending doom... Which is weird, as I don't really have much impending dread of any sort.
One was about a giant brown bear chasing me around my grandmas property. (Not house, property.) Nobody was there, and I'd sometimes lose the bear. Then, it'd suddenly be in front of me, sprinting towards me. (This would only happen in certain places, where it would be possible for it to loop around somewhere to go from behind me, to in front of me. But it'd always do it surprisingly fast. Unrealistily fast, even.) I don't remember whether or not it ever caught me, but I certainly awoke with a bit of a panic. Nothing too bad, I wasn't sweating or anything. I've always been a rational thinker, so the panic subsided and relief swept over me fairly quick.
This one happened a while before the first one (It's technically 2, but they are similar enough to clump into one thing): It was about insects... I don't know exactly as it started, of course. I just know that after talking to some family members about stuff, (it was a family gathering at my grandparents house, btw) the house started... filling with... well, insects. I'm 98% certain it was cockroachs. Slowly, with no escape. Floor to ceiling. I don't know how it ended. I don't remember what happened when I woke up.
The other nightmare happened later on, with bees. It wasn't floor to ceiling, however. This one was more terrifying, however, as I've always been terrified by bees.
The last one is the earliest nightmare/dream I can even remotely remember having: It happened when I was *very* young. 7-8-ish. (At most 8.) All I remember was a black knight. (Not a black person, they had black armor. Just trying to be clear.) That's it.
That's every dream/nightmare I can remember off the top of my head.
@@honkboy He wasn't a threat.
He was a warning.

heyy, i'm late, but idc. i have nightmares of myself doing i wouldn't want to do in real life and when i wake up, i feel awful, like i'm dying inside. i cheated on my girlfriend, i had to kill myself in situations, i had to run away from a man who chased me in my house, than down the road and when i found people i shouted and shouted but nobody heard and i just ran and ran. i remember it so vividly that it hurts. hurts in the worse kind of way, because it's not stored in my memory like a dream, it's like a thing i did yesterday, or a month ago, or a decade ago.

Is weird to explain what I feel. Its like sort of a eerie dream where society has been organized differently. No one goes outside.. there are no cities. Some of those music gives us nostalgia
This song is the best...
I've always imagined "What if everyone in the entire world just disappeared without a trace?" Like all humans are suddenly gone. Everything looks as if it was the same, just without anyone around. No boarded-up windows, no destroyed buildings that weren't destroyed before, no signs of human life anywhere. Just... everyone is gone, and you're the only one that's still around for some reason.
You just described my worst nightmare
Been thinking about that a lot honestly. Imagine how lonely it is.
I used to think this too
Anyone know any media with this setting?
Im more looking for books and other written works but shows would do as well
When everyone hops on a ride to Mars but they forget you

Why is this accurate

This happens to me randomly.....
why is this so god damn true
Literal perfect explanation of the song
i wanna listen to this when the world ends
You're walking home after a small stroll around your corner of your house. Your neighborhood specifically...wasn't always the best, but you never expected to see someone acting so crazy...Someone so scary and that they were running from something...No someone. What had made the person so scared for their --drug addict terrorizing the poor neighbors quietly in their homes. You tried to not be seen by the psycho, so you quietly tiptoe your way back home, trying to make sure your shoes don't make any sort of noise. You didn't look at your feet, as you just started at the person in front of the quiet houses. But you didn't realize until the sound made its way, you stepped on a small crunchy leaf. You looked down your shoe, then back up at the face of the psycho disturbing everyone. Their face was pale and had blood coming out of the eyes, mouth, and nose. You stare at their cold dead eyes and take out your keys, and before you know it you're on the inside of your house trying to catch your breath. Your body gives up and you slide down your door. You look to see the TV in the living room is on get up and attempt to collect yourself, and see your TV has breaking news, you rush to your TV to see that there's an extremely deadly virus. Worse than Covid-19. It's something of a horror movie, crazy behavior, over 100 degrees in a burning fever, and the terrible mood swings for someone that has contacted this scary disease. And they're insane. Not curable. Almost everyone In the world is infected, and we are yet again under quarantine(This time, no breaks to get out and go to the store). You get up to lock your door, and you see the psycho banging on your door not even trying to open the door. Just banging and making an extremely loud noise. You lock your door and run to your room and reach your gun from under your bed and load the bullets into the mag. You hide in your bathroom and lock the door. You feel hot, and dizzy so you decide to take your jacket off, you try to get up and wash your face with water from the sink, but you fall and almost hitting your toilet. You can feel the blood starting to sprout it from every possible place it can fall out from. You try and try to stand but can't. You're too weak. Also...did I forget that you were scratched and spat on by that maniac?
You refuse to become some sort of weird zombie monster thing. You look down at your pistol...slowly raise it to you're head, the last thing you hear besides the gunshot is Six Forty Seven on your speakers.

It smells of an old, abandoned room, stripped of all furniture. The floor is littered with bubble wrap and loose asbestos, spilt from the already torn walls and ceiling. You can see the faint permanent marker signs of someone’s heights, from toddler to grown adult, the dates all from over three decades ago, all along the threshold of the missing door you’re leaning against. It feels familiar, but this place belonged to a life that wasn’t yours.

i wanna know the story behind this song lol. i wonder how the composer felt while writing it, was he happy? depressed? why did he even make it? what was the purpose, what did the composer intend to make the listeners feel? was this piece accidental or was it planned? like how can someone make a piece of music that makes everyone feel totally different feelings it’s crazy lol. i’m reading a few of the comments and some people think it’s calming, some people associate it with happy thoughts of their past or childhood, some people get sad and some find it eerie or creepy. a few of these people can’t even explain what they’re feeling (including me). it’s crazy to me how all these people felt completely different emotions while listening. idk i just think it’s cool haha. just a lil something to think about 😙
Exactly! Did they have a purpose when making it, or were they fucking around and liked the sound? Who knows
It was meant to be a lofi song and the dude who made it didn’t realize how creepy the song actually sounded

When, you enter that multiplayer map that is so special to you, from Halo 3 and you notice that it is completely empty. . . . The memories of the times you played that map with your friends along with all the laughter are the last thing that remains. . .
