    Veg Manchurian dry is a popular Indo-Chinese recipe. This can be a good starter or side dish or snack. This is simple, easy and quick recipe. These can be made perfectly crispy and nice by using just one ingredient. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
    Ingredients:
    • Finely grated Cabbage
    • Finely chopped Carrot
    • Finely chopped Capsicum
    • Spring onion
    • Finely chopped Garlic
    • Finely chopped Ginger
    • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
    • 1~2 tsp Red chili sauce
    • 1/4 cup Maida
    • 1/4 cup Corn flour
    • Poha powder
    • Oil for frying
    • 2~3 tsp Oil
    • Finely chopped Garlic
    • Finely chopped Ginger
    • Slit Green chilies
    • 1 medium size sliced Onion
    • 1 finely sliced Capsicum
    • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
    • 1 tsp Tomato sauce
    • 1 tsp Soya sauce
    • 2 tsp Chili sauce
    • 1/4 tsp Vinegar
    • Corn flour slurry
    • A little Water
    Method:
    • Take cabbage in a bowl and add carrot, capsicum, spring onion, garlic, ginger, black pepper
    powder, salt, soya sauce, red chili sauce.
    • You can use grated cabbage and carrot if you want.
    • Mix everything well together.
    • Add maida and corn flour as required.
    • Blend thick poha into powder in a blender.
    • Add poha powder and knead dough.
    • While kneading dough, crush veggies with hand so that these will release moisture and you
    don’t need to add any water.
    • Do not add any water. The moisture in veggies is enough.
    • Make small Manchurian balls from the dough.
    • Heat up oil in a pan.
    • Drop Manchurian balls into hot oil and on medium heat fry well from all sides until nice crispy.
    • After frying for about 2-3 minutes from one side flip them over and fry from other side too.
    • When Manchurian balls are fried well from all sides take them out, drain excess oil and transfer
    into a dish.
    • Heat up oil until smoky hot on high heat.
    • Add garlic and fry for about 15-20 seconds.
    • Add ginger, green chilies and mix well.
    • Add onion and fry for about 10-15 seconds.
    • Add capsicum and fry for about 15-20 seconds.
    • Add black pepper powder, tomato sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and mix everything
    well together.
    • As these sauces contain salt no need to add extra salt.
    • Make corn flour slurry and add it to adjust the consistency. Mix well.
    • Add water and mix well.
    • Drop the Manchurian balls into the gravy and mix well.
    • Add spring onion and mix well.
    • Veg Manchurian dry is all ready.
