Thanks for sharing Brooke about your struggles - they are totally valid and you should not be ashamed. In fact, by you being open about this, you are helping the millions of people who watch your channel and are also struggling. Unfortunately, things like depression, OCD, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, etc. etc. do not care if people have a blessed life or not - it does not discriminate. I would highly recommend finding a clinical psychologist who you gel with (this can take a while sometimes going to a few different psychologists until you find someone who you feel can help carry you in times of darkness) - I'd recommend this in addition to antidepressants / antianxiolytic medications etc. if that is what is needed. I use to work in child and adolescent mental health and we got 5 - 17 year olds from all sorts of family backgrounds. The ones who seem to do a bit better are those who have a good relationship with their psychologist and a good rapport. Make sure to watch your sleep too - sleep issues are one of the first things to go when one is struggling so even if that means napping during the day - let your body rest. Enough said from me! I hope you find someone who can really support you. We are all behind you Brooke cheering you on and we care.
Brooke, everything you do for the kids is amazing and you seem incredibly sweet and caring. Your feelings are always valid and you don’t need to have a reason for feeling a certain way. You shouldn’t hide that, we will always be here to confort you and protect your whole family because you all deserve the world. I personally love when RUclipsrs are real and get into their feelings because it gives me confort knowing other people feel a similar way. I also get the struggle of trying to get into shape and it’s real but you look fantastic and shouldn’t pressure yourself to change anything. Legends aren’t perfect but to me you are the closest to it

Just because some people may be worse off than you that doesn’t make your feelings invalid. We all struggle sometimes and you sharing it with us makes those going through similar things feel seen and understood so thank you for having the courage to speak about it at all. Legends aren’t perfect you don’t expect us to be and we don’t expect you to be either

I’m a bit of an older legend (18) but when I was around bigs age I remember a boy in my class getting made fun of for wearing nail polish (his little sister put it on him) it’s so nice to see Biggs so comfortable in himself and not caring what others think, even if it is just for a video he is so true to himself.
Im even older (32!) and this happened when I was working at a summer camp and loved the kids who supported the little boy who LOVED his nail polish :)

Also dubble check that the grommets Have fallen out by themselves after six months but the second time I got them my left one stayed if for like 4 year and we didn’t know which caused more damage to my hearing.

Brooke. I want to thank you for always putting 100% of yourself in helping with these vlogs. We all appreciate it, truly. Another thing I would like to say is, it’s definitely normal to struggle with your mental health from time to time; everyone does, some not that often, and some more often then others, but the point is everyone does and you should NEVER apologize for it, ever! A lot of peoples’ thinking when it comes to it is , “ What do I have to be sad about. I have so much more then what other people have. I should be grateful and happy.” BUT your mental struggles have nothing to do with what you have and don’t have and it definitely doesn’t mean you’re being ungrateful. It’s just a personal struggle we have to face, and overcome and get ourselves to keep moving forward, because when it comes to this, no one can ever help you like you can help yourself. Talking about it aloud means you’re acknowledging how you feel and letting it be known, instead of avoiding it and letting it eat you up inside. Talking about it is healthy and it makes a difference. You’re helping yourself by being honest. Thank you for sharing your mental health struggle. I think it’s good to show all parts of what makes you you, no matter how happy or exciting or sad it may be. You’re real. You’re loved.❤️

It’s also completely understandable to feel like your being selfish by feeling down but even if you are more fortunate than other people, pain is felt in different ways by different people.
For whatever could be just a paper cut for somebody else, another person could feel like they just got stabbed in the heart (definitely an exaggeration but I hope you understand what I’m saying). We love you for you
