Low single it is important the elbow stays on the mat. Many people let their elbow to float, John Smith heavily emphasizes the elbow stays on the mat. On the double leg and single leg keep the arm as you shoot, when you have hold on the leg(s) then you can let go, don't let them create space. On the arm drag when you to single or double off of it, when they square up more using an elbow pass to keep the arm out of the way helps alot. Something I picked up watching Dave Shultz is when you arm drag you can block their far foot with yours, making them fall foward alot more, kinda like you foot prop and block their ankle.
