Rusted means that it isn't supposed to happen again, it's already happened before and can only end if one of them admits their crime, but both of them commits the crime in their own alternate video (universe). They also mentioned that the curse is put out by a mean culprit. In other words the culprit is the one who caused them to kill. At 2:03 Rin mentioned that Len could kill them one by one but can't be the culprit. This means that the culprit could've killed them all at once. At 3:00 Rin said that if the person who can solve the riddle appears she will have to trap them inside this story. This means that the person who can solve the riddle is the culprit themselves and thus deserves the blame for the crime because they 'used' Rin and Len as a tool to commit the crime. Now, if we think about it, isn't the culprit us. We're the one who forced Rin and Len to commit the murders and it will continue as long as we press the replay button and that it won't stop unless we stopped replaying. This is not something that Rin and Len can control. The video The Riddler who can't solve Riddles is released before this video and is most likely the one we watched first. This means that we're also blamed for Len's past crime.
