I've wanted to play with gnuradio but never got far. But your video helped jump start me. I don't have a hackrf :(. So I put in a 3khz low pass filter on the audio and set the carrier to 6khz, Put in a File WAV sink and saved to a wav file. In a seperate project I used the File WAV source and a AM demodulator to demodulated it. Audio voice transmitted on a 6khz carrier. Demodulated it sounds just like normal voice.
Cheers. Sometimes I can't be bothered putting a video like that together for the effort I need to do and how little they get viewed compared to simple ones. Maybe one day.
@@TallPaulTech completely understand. Working on RF EE degree. Recently go a job doing this stuff. It is my jam. Lots og GNU radio videos. Hard to find good ones, like your video. I should start a Playlist of the good videos I find. If I had my way, it would be a list starting with CW, AM,... Then the rest of the modulation formats in chronological order.
i did till transmitting and got the below gr-osmosdr 0.2.0.0 (0.2.0) gnuradio 3.10.9.2 built-in sink types: uhd hackrf bladerf soapy redpitaya file [INFO] [UHD] Win32; Microsoft Visual C++ version 14.2; Boost_108200; UHD_4.6.0.0-release [1m[33m[WARNING] SoapyVOLKConverters: no VOLK config file found. Run volk_profile for best performance.[0m [INFO] Using format CF32. no error is occuring but the graphs arent coming either. without osmocom everything is working fine, anything to fix it?

Wow, explained in such a great way. Great work mate. Really enjoyed it!
Nicely done. Very patient pacing and easy to follow. Please do more.
What a fantastic video. Super cleverly done. Many thanks for that!!!
Thank you. It took a bit of time to make, but people generally only like the shitty stupid videos I do.
Paul, this gnuradio courses are brilliant. Thank you! 🙂 👍
Very nice, for a radio noob coming from another engineering Field I could follow along what is happening! Thank you!
I've found it very valuable.

You're a perfect teacher!
I liked the video and how you explained AM, really insightful ! do you have in plan to do something similar for FSK\PSK ?

Yeah, and if I could be bothered, that's how I'd have probably done it too. It was on my mind, but.... didn't do it.
