The 1994 World Cup Final took place in Rose Bowl, Pasadena, California, United States. Brazil won the World Cup against Italy on a penalty shootout after the score was 00. This was Brazil's fourth World Cup title. It was also the first ever World Cup final to be decided by a penalty shoot-out.

Yes, to be fair, 1986 was probably the most exciting of finals in the past 30 years with the come back - I watched it in a youth hostel in Madrid and can recall a German walking out then his friend shouting to him zwei - zwei!!
I have never looked at 1954 and will now look for the highlights on you tube thanks to your comment. I imagine 1950 may have been exciting as the hosts and favourites Brazil only needed a draw to win but they lost to Uruguay!

i think 2002 brazil was worse. they had great players but not a real team though the individual class was still too good for others. but i think in 1994 was stronger, they had a great defence, they were more complete. but romario missed some great chances in the final, i think baggio was the best player of 94. i mean he decided 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 by himself!

Until he wins something significant with Argentina it is not serious to suggest that he's the best.
