Hi Rosalie, you look wonderful! I'm so glad you're throwing that all out. My motto is, " when in doubt, throw it out!". It's not worth food poisoning! Your family is too precious! It really is sweet that your husband did this to be sure you had extra. And it shows how fast time goes by! Hugs to you all!❤
The Universe has a way of sending us love and peace when we need it the most!! That being said "Wow...Joe Boxer!!" He's watching and smiling down on you and I bet he's super proud of you❤!
Kind of fun to find these boxes. He obviously cared for his family very much to stash away emergency food boxes. You guys don't have a ton of extra money, but he still found a way to put together these emergenct boxes for you all! That's really special! Plus, it was so fun to see which item was the oldest!
You look so happy in this video! It's really good to see. ❤ I know I've been a little harsh in some other videos but it looks to me like you guys are going to be just fine. Of course you miss him, you'll always miss him! Every time something comes around that he's not there for, your heart is going to break a little but that's because you loved him, and you'll always love him..... He's the father of your eight beautiful babies. You just have to remember that he's not really missing any of it, he's just watching from a different room.
Rosalie, your date I think should say 7-16-2023 you accidentally hit 2013. Love that pic on the wall behind you and finding box’s with old things from the past! Hope Things are better in the neighborhood with the kids! You take care of yourself and those kids the way you do! 🌹😃
Great video. My husband passed away suddenly a month ago today. I’m still an emotional wreck. I have an upright freezer and two refrigerators full of food. Plus a small pantry. I really could survive a long time without food. I mostly buy milk eggs, fresh produce, things like that
So sorry to read about your husband Marie. Sending you lots of love! You are in a good position with the food. Now you can wait to buy food items on sale. *hugs*
You all are looking so much stronger with each video. I hope you all can get outside for walks this summer. After loosing my mother & hit a depression,it took me a long while to come out of the grief. I can only imagine how hard things are for you. But the sunshine is great for all aspects of good health.
Love the girl's dresses, they are so cute matching. Your kids are darling. I love the little yellow romper on the little guy. Also, you look really nice today. Wanted you to know I enjoy that your kids are helping. Full of energy. That little guy sure looks like his daddy. You have the sweetest kids. I keep a pantry, helps save money. So, I buy cheap or when on sale things we eat regularly. Toilet paper I buy by the case individually wrapped, Scotts, and paper towels too. last over a year. I need to order more paper towels though. My pantry includes canned tomatoes which I rotate, beans dry ( kidney, lentils, black beans, navy beans, and soybeans) all in five-gallon buckets. Cases of, canned veggies like corn, string beans, refired beans, mixed veggies, rice, flour, noodles, some canned meat, chicken, tuna, roast beef, some canned soup like mushroom, canned milk, powdered milk, Catsup. mustard, vinegars, large containers of spices, sugar. I store in five-gallon buckets most of the dry stuff. Have a lot of dried things number five can. I buy when on sale and rotate all of it. I also store popcorn in five gallon and whole wheat. I have a grinder. Forty pounds of oats in five-gallon bucket. Dries berries, apples, bananas and water. So, we could eat if we had too. Came in handy during covet and we had shortages. I store dried fruits in number five cans too. i also have two cases of 42-hour individual meals. We live in hurricane country though. Jelly, and peanut butter. Some canned fruits, and syrups. Bakig powder ad soda, salt, grits, tea and did have coffee but need to buy more. I drank it up except for two 5 gal cans left. I to would have expired. Getting ready to toss a case of canned milk it somehow got overlooked. I do not recommend you eat any of it. I had the worst kind of food poisoning from a banquet dinner we went to from chicken, over 100 people were hospitalized from it. It was horrible I take no chances. People can die from it. Peace!
Hi Rosalie! Great to see you and the kiddos. You're looking beautiful and WOW ! The kids are growing so big! If I were you I would put all that stuff online to sell. I used to watch this guy that buys old expired food. You would be surprised how many people collect things like that! I can't remember the guy's name but I'm sure you could google it. Sending you love from Ohio ❤️
It's just me in my house, kids grown and living on their own. I do not keep food supplies and know I should in case of an emergency. You gave me something to think about. I gave my daughter in law a jacket my son wore when he was 1 year old for their son. Cute onezie.
We don’t have an emergency food stash, but I do have pantry shelves full of food in case company shows up, or thee is a week we can’t get to the grocery store.
Your family looks so happy and healthy. I do keep a stash of emergency canned goods in case of job loss or other emergency. I too am low income and try to plan for things if I can't afford to buy food for a while. My ex husband left me many years ago and I have had to learn to take care of myself.
Oh I meant to answer…I stock up on toilet paper, paper towels etc..Amazon dump once a month. I love a good deal! We have 3 refrigerators and my husband and old daughter hung so we always have venison. But nothing else. I live in the city and stores are 2 minutes away. But Amazon is my go to!
@Rosalie-Mom of 8 kids Hey girlfriend so good to see you all. Look at Eugenius I knew he would eventually steal the show. Look at Ms Empress being such a cute lil helper. What a fun video!! Your hubby I bet is looking down laughing with you!! You have to save some of those!!! I try to stock up...because I dont trust our goverment...and feel we never are safe day to day with prices... Thank you for sharing...Tell the kids hello ❤
Your husband wanted to make sure his family were taken care of. I have heard that if it is a little past the due date it should be fine, but I am glad you are throwing everything out as that is way beyond the due date. Some are almost 20 years past. I can imagine the stench if you opened those cans…🤮🤢
Way back when I was a kid they didn’t even have use by dates on anything. Now I have grandkids who even ask me what’s the use by date. But I do use things that are out of date as I was raised to not waste. I admit I may feed it to the goat if it’s really old. Plus my hubby doesn’t throw anything out. He’s what we call a hoarder & it can be annoying as I like things tidy & certainly not cluttered. Lucky we have 25 acres & 20foot containers to store his crap.
@@MargDegraaf I don’t know how I didn’t see your comment until now, sorry. I remember those days.. I even remember when there was price stickers on store items. My husband believed that if it was in a can, it would still be good years after the date. That’s why this was kept for years. Great to hear from you! Take care!
Why do you have mics on your daughter? Throw it all away. I think your husband set this up 2005 and forgot about it. Should have set the items in the pantry to use then. Anyway, I thought it was cash for you guys. I'm glad you are so positive to see this as a gift. I would see it as a chore. Best of luck to you and your family.
Is that a serious question? Obviously kids copy their parents and want to me like them. They might not even be on 🙈 you would see going through boxes of belongings a chore? You sound depressed.
GIRL! You are more confident and beautiful in each video. Family looking beautiful and healthy as well. ❤❤❤❤
This is so true! She is looking more healthy confident and beautiful. Amazing what freedom can do.
I agree... she's naturally beautiful & has so much confidence. She's really latched onto her role as a single, loving, capable parent.
Agree!!
I am certain he is looking down on you with love and adoration. You are beautiful. You are a wonderful woman and a great Mum.

I would throw all the expired food away unfortunately.
Save the Aunt Jemima!
Definitely... Yes..its before the world went insane
I would eat if cans are not bulging or leaking. People eat food everyday that are that old. But that is me.
You should try and sell the oldest stuff online: some people love collecting brands that don’t exist anymore.
Oh, right! I didn't think of that. I kept some unused disposable diapers from when my older kids were babies for sentimental reasons myself!
YES! I used to watch a guy that collects old canned goods and boxed stuff too.

I would throw all those cans out if they're that outdated
I agree!!!
I don’t think she is going to eat them.
Look in your bag of oats… there will be bugs and/or worms
I have a jar of marmite that is dated 1994. It was in my bounty pack that I had when pregnant with my son
What is that?
He passed away in 2013?
2023

@@helenhellsbells3170 ok Dr Helen.
You need to just pitch it all. It’s not safe to eat.
Couldn't really hear you because the mics are on the kids
She has one on her shirt like the kids do
Sorry about that, technical difficulties.
True. The mom should have turned the mics off and still let the kids wear them.
I wouldn’t eat any of that food, however the boxes of Aunt Jemimah pancake mix might be worth some $$$. It might be worth your time to research.
She said she was throwing it away.
Out of curiosity since you’re so young…. Would you ever consider re-marrying?
I bet he even forgot about it
I would never eat these. They are way too old. Throw them away. You could get botulism
Thank you, I will! :)
Can you say Botulism??? Please throw it ALL away!!!
I will, thank you.
Trash
Please just put it all in the trash
