Hej, Bjorn I know when it comes to school it is a lot of trying to get the grade instead of actual learning but a lot of times information comes back after the fact. Like, some of the health courses I have taken the 7 Wellness Dimensions. And read about how if Chakras are out of balance and the law of diminishing returns where any additional effort we put into something won’t be as strong as the initial effort or rewards won’t be as great. I also, wonder if we get to a certain age like a switch flips on. When one is a kid you might think, “I got so much time to worry about things.” Than by either late teenage to young adult it’s like, “I only got so much time left!” I might take that Developmental Psychology after the holidays maybe I can find out more.

I have been on both sides of the extremes of drinking, gaming, and studying. However, I am happy that a tiny voice in my head in high school said, “You only get one shot at this don’t waste it!”

Especially once your body starts to fail you, that’s a real reality check. Times ticking: tick-tock tick-tok

@@BookLabBjorn Well I definitely had a few reality checks especially in my early 20’s about cutting out toxic behaviours and people and decided what was more important, drinking money away or getting a degree to try and get a job.
I choose opinion B but it wasn’t easy!

Honestly, touch and go but probably better than some of my friends because most regret it. Now, I am kind of somewhere in the middle or at least trying to be. I don't game drink, or watch movies like crazy but I didn't study myself into the ground either for the most part. I only take between 1-3 courses per-semester and learn outside of school as well.@@BookLabBjorn
