I'm accustomed to hearing "Bohemia" played at a much faster clip than this (although not quite as fast as they played it at the end!), but it still sounds good as more of a slow drag...and damn, the violin player who improvised a bit of Beethoven's "Fur Elise" in there is incredible.
I'm not agree with the custom that ragtime (and dixieland, and maybe other kinds) are ranked under the word "jazz". These pieces have clear musical character, without chaos and noise.
Especially for performances like this. Am I the only one who heard a hint of klezmer here and there in the way that they were playing this? I liked it.

Very good
great!
the notes are swung so not ragtime, but it does sound good
At the end they play it as rag!

Ragtime was built on piano from bits of fiddle and banjo tunes, pieced together in the pattern of military marches.
