Olive oil is not healthy. No oil is healthy - some may have benefits but these are minimal compared to the downsides of the fat. What makes greeks leave healthier is they eat vegetables, they have tons of sunshine and many live in those amazing islands in the Aegean Sea - the view alone makes you want to live longer :)
