Hi John, if you have removed your back ground, and set your tolerance the White should not fully print. In Photoshop, is your background white, or checkered?

John, and you also went through the steps of setting your mask and tolerance as shown in the video? I want to ask why when i used Oki C711wt to print waterslide decal, the white layer will be on top of the colors?...can i make it at the bottom?..

The whit layer is the last step in your printer. It is primarily there to even out other toners of other colors and goes on top since it is mostly designed around paper that is pressed face down onto a substrate. There are some third party software out there that can allow you more control over placement but there are none we currently recommend.

+Coastal Business Supplies ok..so that mean i can't print colors on top of white base for normal waterslide decal or dark paper?...can u tell me any of the software that can control or make white font/graphic and color print in the same paper without make the color font/graphic overlayered by white?..if it's possible

Unfortunately no there is not a way to print on top of the white.

I'm having issues with my Oki 711 (which I just started using today). I'm using Photoshop (CS4) trying to print small objects for scale models and there are times when the paths don't see the inside of objects. For example, the letter "A" The inside triangle above the horizontal line is printing solid, instead of there being a blank triangle. The result looks more line an arrow pointing upward than a letter. My files are 600 DPI and I do not print pixelated objects. Any idea how to remedy this?

I use oki printer c711wt with forever light transfer no weed.. but having problems with lot of splatter marks and not printing completely.. it prints ok in regular paper.. do i need to change paper setting or something? My printer is new and using geniune toner and forever paper.

+Super Fan We usually suggest using the Label 1 setting when printing on this product.
