Chandeliers, Kundan embellishments, silver crockery.. Imagine it coming together in the highest Indian traditions just for you.
Royal Vega, the one-of-a-Kind Luxury Vegetarian Experience at ITC Grand Chola, draws on the philosophy of taste, the use of seasonal produce, and the legacies of India's princely states and aristocratic homes.
Based on the Vedic understanding of the medicinal properties of plants, herbs, fruits, vegetables and grains, the cuisine at Royal Vega is designed to rejuvenate one's mind and body.
The aroma that pervades the air, a sight which adds to its flavour and prepared to please the diner is what defines a meal served at the Royal Vega. Come, allow yourself to be enticed by a vegetarian cuisine that is at once local, Indian and personal.

Years ago I enjoyed Royal Vega experience. Now I sit outside ITC grand chola while people call me Royal Begga.
Hahaga
Nice one 😆
Ha ha!
Why
😂😂😂😂😂😂
When you have to take out large chunks of money you orate them stories.
Nothing special it's all packing.
Who else noticed aruna sairam there?.
Nothing special ...our ordinary indian food disguised in so called richness.
Exactly... ! Too much words...
I don't know man. Seems too pretentious a video. Other than giving me a vibe of you guys being full of it, did nothing to entice me really. Instead of having the guy wax eloquent, it would have been better to actually show some of the cooking. That dude was just irritating.
I only remember kaka muttai movie. Were kids r tempted by its apperance and finally when they get to eat, they feel thier home food was thousand times better
Hahaha.. right, sister...
True words
Very true
My dad when I fail all my classes 3:52
cook rice with jasmine water? kariveppilai would have been a better choice for the medical value and it's aromatic fragrance!
Jab gore log come to Royal Vega, it should be the best!
And this host and his seductive voice, he's definitely the aunty-charmer. Hum pyala, hum niwala!
May be one day i will afford to eat there......Maybe one day
Jasmine Water, really??!!! .... In chennai.... Its better to give some respect to the water so that everyone can afford it!!!
Think all the negative comments are just people that cant afford this luxurious food so would rather mock than admire
@@Shivwanders so true. Most of the people in the comments would pounce on this food if it would be available to them.
Which part of Indian culture had alcohol in dineing table,
😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Goan culture, Naga culture, Mizo culture.
You can spot all the beggers plaguing India in the comment section
Pls edit ur comment if u r really brought well
@@wellnessplus3153 I'm not going to. If you think something is too expensive don't fucking go on RUclips and rant about it.
I agree with you Manas. The rude and jealous people in the comment section are just embarassing.
People has no idea where to spend their income goes there. Now are they going to shit diamonds?
I think I am not Indian because in my home their is not any single day cooking or food like this.haahahah
Jasmine water really taste green . Lol. If you put Jasmine in cold water . The water smells like Jasmine. But if you put in hot water . The scent evaporates . And you taste nothing
Thougy your best food but the raw material is purchased from local market
Well I see ordinary food in fancy utensils and nothing else...
Naked hands for preparations both here and local thattukadas..OMG
Plus the taste at local food shops is so authentic n fulfilling..also d quantity is awesome
Monica Srivastava really !,,!
Indian food at its best. Very well articulated by the host Gautam. Who else here get's a guility feeling of hungry beggars just across the street from these hotels when eating such lavish food anywhere...?
Omg jasmine water
Jasmine blossoms with huge chemicals and pesticides.
Then chillies from seem Andhra and turmeric from Tamil Nadu
I wish this video was made without these entitled people who are just appreciating for the sake of it. Insult to the chefs
Love eating at ITC but they sell wine by the bottle at around £70 and it's mediocre wine you can buy in the UK for £5.50.
Potatoes from Karnataka? Do you know there's a state named WB?
I sold a kidney, and got the opportunity to compliment the chef - 4:15. No regrets!
Hahahaha..
Silly guy, for sure.. 🤣🤣
Rich people's paradise
really awesome food.

I am sorry I can't afford it.
Also I have only one kidney
What happened to the other?.
Well, how do you think I got my iphoneX
Pathetic. You value your kidney/life lesser than iPhone x or a dinner at ITC grand. Shows how less you value yourself even if whatever you said was just for a joke.
@@shhhhkoihai2461 wow you must be fun at parties (not)
@@krishnaprasath6652 yes I am very much fun at the parties . Taking out the negative connotation you used within the bracket . Saddest part is you can't even write not properly within the sentence. I think a kidney less is making you delusional. :)
Isse achha to ghar pe ban jayega
If I had come to know about noteban a week before i would come here everyday for a week and finish off my black money
Takla is overreacting
Back ground music is also royal
Potato from karnataka...saffron from kashmir...onion from andhra...wht bull shit...dnt lie..ur wrkrs go to the market to buy...
Yes.... The potatoes are grown in the market ryt?
It's all nice and lovely and I don't blame them for being successful in life.. But they don't seem to care what this country is going through.. I wish someone would burst their bubble of delusion. People are dying every day for food.
Nobody cares about anyone. Everyone cares about themselves.
simple idea illa...
I'm in a hurry for some curry.
4:15 - 4:18 Typical tamilian spotted.... "what a simple idea.. illeyyy " 😂😂😂
I think he is new rich
You wanna have worst ITC food, just visit ITC Grand Goa... The cockroach laden dal or pasta will make your day for sure. Though you may also assume that the food cooked is not really that fresh as it looks 🙂
Too much of Carbs, no variety quite unbalanced
Awesome. I will definitely go there when I go to India next time.
wow ❤❤❤
What's the costing at first?🧐😒
3500 + taxes
But i do respect one thing.... The quality of the food you guys prepare, awesome.... The world needs such food to taste and feel the soul touched👍👍👍👍
this is so much blah blah...... this is so pretentious....just eat the damn food...
The jasmine is grown highly on pesticides, thats boiled and the full essence of pesticides is what get the rice get boiled...so..I'm skipping ITC chola...
bank_nifty trader Vlogs 😂😂😂
I will eat poratta and chicken Salna in muniyandi itself
I am intrigued, very well done!
When it’s there this hotel in Chennai why he can’t explain in tamil he used Hindi here ???
Correct .may be those who is having lunch do not know Tamil it seems
This man has the best voice for narration. Super!
can anyone have daal khuska recipe? searching for it everywhere.
Eating in such hotels is a waste. The same food you get fir one tenth of the price when you eat in any other restaurant. People who are stupid enough to show off or dummies who dump who want to dump their money in garbage, go to Royal Vega .
Indian servers, European guests.. advertising straight from the colonial mindset!
Our hotels still have the colonial vibe to attract white people, can we have some original Indian ambiance, true to its people and its history
Absolutely my thought. And we have five star hotels in Europe going gaga over tandoori chicken and biryani and papadam is now a staple in MasterChef. Wonder why urge to serve and impress foreigners and still treat Indians which probably spend more as second class citizens
I see nothing. But who else put the silver dust on rice lol ?
The serving dishes are needlessly ostentatious, in spite of 5* label - off putting.
Royal foreign with diplomatic immunity and I’m not alone literally
Wow, what an Amazing video! A luxurious visual and culinary treat!
Money matters. lol
Without Non-veg items in the video it is almost impossible for our mouths to water. I tried hard to manipulate my mind while watching this but my mouth didn't water.
Wonderful ambiance, sparkling crockery , seems that it is culinary art with love.
Kya chutiyapa tha yeh🤣🤣
Great filmography script and presentation
Good marketing 👍🏻
Well done
Oscar de de phir
It should be because it's one of the best hotels in India
I want panner imlidar receipe plzzz
Carrying food on head is no hospitality Vogue! It's like working as a Coolie in British era with a mentality of subjugation and slavery. Instead please use a trolley to carry food from kitchen to serve your guest better.
The best vegetarian food at the most expensive vegetarian restaurant I've ever eaten is not even half as good as a decent Hyderabadi biryani or beef fry.
Someone must be really naive to compare regional foods...each region has their own specialty. Hyderabadi Biryani is really nice but not the best ever vegetarian food....But it is best for anyone who hails from Hyderabad who never taster other options......Same way there is no best vegetarian food....
The video is great! Much love!
I m a specialist in such things,,and hotels etc..
Food.,gd clothes ,,u should wear to go in these hotels rest is nothing,,...world is like this,,it just that some people are improving.
I.T.C Property is best In hospitality management.
They are the one who treat their Guest as a art of organisation ❤️
Nice luxury hotel
If there a good base salary in hotels..then all people would come back and the industry would boom more.
12 hrs working daily is ridiculous
My 4 nights stay at ITC Maratha Mumbai was fantastic but inspite of living in Tamilnadu I have never been to Chennai so far I must visit ITC grand chola very soon
Beautiful. ..
Wow, really stunning.... Maybe i will visit the grand VEGA after 40years of my retiring.... curious to find out its still the best when visiting.... And too some WATER out of crisis
Honestly the food does not look very inviting ..nothing looks really tasty ..on top of that over the top annoying storytelling ..!
I could say WOW WHAT A GREAT VIDEO SEEING THE ROYALTY OF TOPMOST PRIDE when ten years before..... Now, when real things are happening or will happen without the ease, nothing inspires me so.....
I am coming very soon along with my family.
wow. Really Royal treatment.
Nice ambience..but wasting too much of money for that food is non sense ...better help some poor people ..
Amazing hospitality .
Super super good welcome
Is this type food available in ltc Gardenia hotel?
Please update the video. Very bad print. Blurred.
I would go there if all your ingredients are pesticide free! challenge?
Haha...Street food is more tasty...Only ad...Sorry m not impressed...
Why waiter is carrying on his head? this is 2019. get a cart.
I thought Meghalaya have some of the best accessions of turmeric.
All men became bald after looking at menu card
Reminds me of North Indian/Rajasthani/Gujarati food
Dining here is worth the money they charge!
Lost soul....doesn't lead anywhere...
How has royal vega yet to receive a Michelin?
Ye aise Indian hai jo har kaam to karte hai European aur other culture ka aur .................... ka
