So, is the final level the hub level then, since that's technically the first level you can enter before you move to a standard one? If so, that should have some kind of cool ending gimmick in it.

no I think either YI1 or Yellow switch hous is the finale, or just bowser's castle.
I think the bowser castle was not the first mainly due to beating bowser will always trigger the credits, it that's most likely the reason its moved to the "beginning"

Honestly, I didn't expect some of the levels to be so much harder.
If you're going to continue you should do the alternative exits as well.
I'll usually save alt exits for a bonus episode if I make one.

It's a .smc file so it should work with most emulators. I just dropped it onto my SDK player and it runs fine.

This is super awesome! I would totally screw this up if I was playing it. You did great! Totally want to see more of this, and maybe bring Lair in for some multiplayer mayhem. Also, I noticed that you didn't seem to take advantage of holding up or down while swimming, you can do that to slow down / speed up how much you swim upwards. (would have been useful in sunken ship in boo room)

When you fell through the ground it isn’t part of the mod it is a real SMW glitch cos I have Super Nintendo Entertainment System that has the original SMW from 1990 and I did it twice and died once
Yeah, I didn't think it was from the hack only since it's the same game just backwards.
@@BlueTelevisionGames it's actually not a glitch per se, it's a physical limitation in the SNES. In order to not hit the limitation, only 5 blocks can be flashing at once, and it you get stuck in a solid block you're shoved doen
@@foggylight187 Only 4 can be turning at any given time, a 5th stops turnblock 1. Speedrunners will then jump into a 5th to set up what we call "Zips", which is being shot downward via turnblocks to get to a lower section faster. It is most commonly seen in Star World 1; I have a tutorial on my channel if you're interesting in learning more about Zips

Darby, I have something funny to tell you! While I was going to download a game from my game creator, I found a recreation of Diagonal Mario! But the funny thing is that the logo for the game was not nothing about Mario! It was a recreation of your BTG logo! (I think the creator is a fan of you!)
I think it would be neat of the bad guy at the end was like a Mirror Mario lol.

What happened to you at bowsers with the spinning yellow blocks is a commonly used trick in speedrun. Basically you got stuck so the game ejects you downwards in hopes of getting you out xD.
