The perfect place for one in the cargo box in the middle. Also this one was just above the hitch area. If you look real close you can see the plastic holder in the thumbnail.
You can't go wrong with the Tusk Terrabites. I have had these on my RZR 1000 since new. At 750 miles, they still look like new. No issues at all (knocking on wood). Nice review. Keep up the good work.
? I have a 2019 Trex4. 2" lift and 28-10-14 XT 370s on her. Looks great rides great. However, On full left turn i get a bit of tire rub on that darn stupide bump thing on the driver side wheel well. I think its the break nob. Any thoughts how to get around? it. Its is sheet mettle. Can i just hammer it flat?
Nice color scheme. I have a 2018 camo with the same lift and tire size. I installed a full windshield but it opens up in the middle. Installed a full vinyl black top to help out on cold days and cut down on dust. The rear trunk works great too. Great video!
I just put a EFI kit , speed limiter delete, Rev limiter delete, differential lock delete. From Dynatek, you can plug in to a windows laptop and set higher fuel oxygen intake, shift patterns, no Rev limiter, and mine has done 64 on a dirt road, and I've only tried to get it there a couple times. It will up your horsepower by making these tweaks only 3-5hp, but the way you replace the gearing from so low that it slows down around 35-40 usuallyand takes a min to get to 50mph.. with this Mod tweeks you'll now get to 50 quick 55 quick, i even feel like it maybe pretty quick up to 60, and the last 5mph are slower to get.. soooo much better than before... P.S. If you are interested in having an Efi kit put in your vehicle, and don't want to tear apart your vehicle and do it yourself, which many people do. but with the teryx4 its a Job and pain in the ass. If you want me to Install and your in my state,, i will for $50, and it comes with a uninstall if your engine ever has a prob thought its warranty , i will take it off before you report the engine issue so you won't be blamed.. the Kit from V-force John has a great Dynatek setup pre set to get your shift patterns/rev limiter, and Oxygen fuel ratio a boost. his settings are legit it makes the Teryx really as fast as you would want it to go.. its nice.
What pressure do you guys run on your tire, I have the exact tires and rims and waiting for my teryx. Did buy the ten ply terabytes. Any way what pressure in tire for mountains in northern Utah do you guys think?
Thanks for the video again guys I've been actually looking at a lift for my Teryx le2 and I was looking at brute performance because they said it's the same geometry as what you were talking about with the High Lifter I'll have to go back and compare the difference between the two lifts you can't beat Rocky Mountain as far as their prices and the stuff that they offer for the UTV's those wheel packages that they have by far is the best price you'll find out there that I have found
Yep that’s correct they said this lift keeps it as close as you can to the original geometry. It’s important for the wear and tear these machines go through. - Garrett
The T4 is a great machine! I just picked up a 2019 in Orange! The terabytes are on my list, along with the chupacabra mirrors. I just wish the LEDs in the tusk street legal kit were clear lenses that flashed orange. Interested to see which windshield he went with.
@@DerangedOffRoad Thanks for the reply, I'm going to the invest in a light bar and winch for now. Up here in northern Maine the trails can be rocky, but if I drive with common sense my stock skid plates should be fine, and being trails can get pretty muddy I figure a winch is more important right now, and the stock headlights are not that great. My wife is like how much more money are you going to spend. 😁
u got the same exact colors and Models as me.. If you are interested in supping it up, my Teryx will hit 65mph, with dynatek, remapping, you can adjust fuel /oxygen ratio' switch rev limiter, unlock speed limiter.. its sweeeeet. I will install your system for 50 dollars, the dynatek system you must get for the - teryx 2019 800cc specifically, it costs 400 pre-mapped, i got mine from website "V-Force John" , which is super sweet . it is not hard to install but takes at least 2-3 hours easy.
Just bought a 2020 T4. Do I have to have a lift to run the tire and wheel combo you have? Also does it change the width of the vehicle? With the stock setup mine still fits in the bed of my truck and I’d like to keep it that way!
So yes you need the lift to run 28s but on this until in the vid my dad ran no spacers and it seems to sit at the exact same width. Make sure run off set is correct if getting new rims.
Great video and nice ride hoping to get me one real soon most likely I will settle on a 2 seater base is there much difference in base and Le model new to the teryx side by side brand
The Le will have nicer rims, color choices, four headlights and comes with the roof. If you plan on upgrading tires and rims you might be fine with just the base model. If you look around though you should find some good pricing on the LE. -Garrett
@@DerangedOffRoad Yeah but just think if engine was in front or back, no way that thing could be so short, its right under the parking break, Those tires u showed off in the video, are those what u picked for street? because i dont wanna wear my stock Nobbies down? and i bet that blinker kit is easy to Install? i will check into it because its sweet. now just know u need a dinatek to unlock speed limiter, change rev limiter + oxygen fuel ratio, and u can have it banging up to 65mph, with no other mods. When you remap, the machine will no longer slow down around 35-40mph , now you will get up to to at least 50 quick, 60 pretty quick, and the last 4-5mph is slow. PS- you can order your pre-mapped Dynatek for the teryx800 ,2019 from a guy named "V-Force John" he has a website if ur interested. they are easy to install but take 2-3hours or so.
Well the Teryx4 isn’t known for breaking loose crazy, but yes it still will. Not as good as stock but just fine for the ground clearance you gain. 👍 -Garrett
Deranged Off-Road from some of the clutch kit videos I’ve seen I’d bet you would gain back all (if not more) peppiness with something like a VFJ or JBS clutch kit. Saw a video of a T4 fishtailing with like 34”tires and a big lift.
Hey guys! Great video and thanks for listing the links! But when you go to look at the wheels it gives you 2 choices of offset. The stock is 5+2 but with the lift it brings it inside some, did you go with the 4+3 to compensate? TIA if you reply!
I run the 4+3 all around on my 2017. Check out that vid as well. We also ran 28x14-10 all around on both machines with the 2 inch lift. I used 2 inch spacers on my 2017 and my dad used no spacers on his 2019. -Garrett

You mentioned you used a 2 inch spacer, what brand did you use?
No spacers on this machine.
Sorry I meant your machine
Yea I ran 2” spacers from SuperAtv.
Looks like you and your dad went with the 14x7 4.0+3.0 offset all around. Is that correct. Thanks great video.
Yes that’s correct

What was the wheel width he went with. It would like to have the same width on front and rear. Options for those wheels are 14x7 or 14x10. Thanks.
9 inch wheel all the way around
@@DerangedOffRoad it looks like the tusk wheel for the teryx only comes in a 14x7 or 14x10

Is it a welded section or pop riveted on? My 2017 was pop riveted and my dads 19 was welded. I hammered my little piece off my 2017. -Garrett
Do you know the difference in weight of the tusk wheels and terrabite tires vs stock ones.
I have not looked it up.

Honestly 8 to 10 psi will do everything you need. In the sand I ran 5 to 6 psi and these are the 8 ply tires. -Garrett 👍
Thinking about getting a HD wheel with offset of 5-2. Your thoughts. I want to keep it close to stock.
5-2 is fine, with spaces or no spacers?
