You can't hope to land hits with normals, so the only way to do any damage is with special moves that does chip damage and time out. Not surprising since SNK is infamous for making unfair arcade games to generate more profit for arcade operators, but in a fighting game this is crossing the line a bit too far

Just downloaded this game on my Xbox today. It's actually pretty fun with some fun and interesting characters. My only issue is how annoying the AI is. Most of my victories usually come from Time Overs since the AI is so block-happy in this game. Then again, this IS an arcade fighting game (and an SNK game at that) so it's to be expected considering that games like these were designed to eat your quarters.
