I understand completely what she is saying. I have struggled with anxiety and depression and bipolar since i can remember and it's a battle everyday dealing with it some people don't understand so they say that people who deal with it are just making excuses for what's really going on with them. I'm here to tell you it's not a fucking excuse. You don't only deal with the mental issues it also causes pains that hurt all over your body it drains you it makes you feel worthless and hopeless. You cry and your angry and sad and confused and let down and you feel you let the ones you love down. You fake smile or for me i don't leave my bedroom most days. You struggle to shower you struggle to eat you struggle to get out of bed all you can do is cry. You tell people your fine but your not. I deal with being self conscious about my body and how i look or how i might eat or the clothes i put on. I feel like the world is against me and i have nobody. I just want to smile and it but a real smile because I'm really happy but i can't. I am separated from my husband of 20 years because i can't handle a relationship. I can't go into public places because i get overwhelmed and start losing my breath and my anxiety goes through the roof. Yes i take medicine for these things but to be honest I'm not sure if they are working like they should be maybe because i have been on them for sometime now idk. Sleep is another issue and on top of my mental health i have a ton of physical health issues i deal with on a daily basis. High BP i have sugar diabetes and memory loss and bone deterioration i have thyroid problems and the list goes on. To anyone that reads my fucked life lol and you have issues with mental or physical just remember your not alone i may not know you personally but we have something in common. God Bless
