Keeping sunny Morecambe clean and tidy ... a brief chat with the newly appointed Environmental Enforcement Officer on his rounds in Bare, his patch for that morning ... his job does cover the whole of Morecambe.
Lots of poo !! ... on the ground, in bags .... in nappies !! Litter, too and a reminder that dogs aren't allowed on some of Morecambe's beaches from May to September.
Phil is very approachable and happy to answer questions, talk and listen ... and he's getting fit with all that walking and cycling !!
