The only one she has a chance of beating is Kobo, and that's also 50/50 because if her power worked as she wanted, she can just flood the area, but if she makes it rain somewhere else then Rin can win. Of course, that would mean being chased around by a certain grim reaper and a phoenix. Not to mention Kobo will just be revived by a drop of her mommy's tear like before anyway.
The funny thing about Laplus is that while she's one of the physically weakest overall in her current form, she could potentially be the most powerful hololive member of all branches if she ever manages to take off her shackles and regain her true power.
Other ways she could defeat you is by either using her sick moves on the dance floor or just being so adorable she manages to awaken your inner paternal instincts, thus ending the fight inmediately.

see everyone says that but i think the secret is to make beating kobo just funny enough and convincing enough that she did something to deserve it first and then most of them will simply laugh at her misfortune.

Should she cling to life, she respawns like in an arcade or MMO game good as new. This process takes eight seconds; if she fails to choose within that time then she still respawns. Among the ways Watame has died, she’s been eaten alive, both raw and cooked. Plus that one time in Watame Did (Almost) Nothing Wronf where Calliope Mori easily ran a scythe through her head from one end to the other.

The thing about a lot of HoloJP is that most of them have an intimidation factor you have to get past, which is, in-of-itself, a miniboss.
A note for Sora, Nene and Kobo, personally they may not be strong however they have the miraculous ability of the "NAKAMA"
Lets go by the weakest version of this ability which is Nene, she may be alone but Nene commands an army of thousands of husbands behind her who would die for her
Next is Kobo as she not necessarily commands an army like Nene however Kobo has a group of 5 star elites protecting her as her mothers and fathers as well as Father, Calli alone is enough but then you have Kiara, Lui, Regis, essentially all of Holostars and most of Hololive will be there for her as long as they're classified as her extended family
Sora on the other hand has the special ability call of Yagoo where she can call forth the powers of all of Hololive to fight for her
Of course we all so have A-chan's blessin which summons A-chan and A-chan can summon all the manager staff of Hololive and Holostars to fight
Lastly Sora can utilize her ultimate skill "Song of best girl" where she summons best girl himself, Yagoo, Yagoo is not only a full 6 star lineup for everything he has the busted ability of domination over all Holomems, whether its live or star, he can use their abilities without summoning them and he can also create new ones, of course the payoff for Sora using this ability is its a player switch as now Yagoo takes over as the player character and Sora is relegated to be a summon, another special ability of Yagoo is the Shacou buff ability where all Holomems will recieve a stat bonus when they're around him

Speed doesn’t matter too much vs rin, and 2 is only slightly lower than evenly matched so her advantages make up for it
Nene has the White Lioness of the Battlfield aka the John Wick of Hololive as a genmate. She could have zero ⭐️ across the board and the only thing her enemies would hear were hearty laughs before they meet a brutal end
