If there is some fine hair- the baby will probably lose it before long. It is probably lanugo, which grows naturally on the baby in utero.

Probably lanugo, very common. It grows over baby in utero and usually falls off before birth. But if not, it will be all gone within days.
These babies really calms me and bring so much joy into my day every time I watch these wonderful videos .
