I thinks it's severe case of scoliosis , he should try some backbone streching exercise in morning like suryanamaskar , cat cow stretch , pelvic stretch , cobra pose , palm tree pose , dead hang.
i am also suffering and these exercises help me a lot.
Do these exercises atleast 1 month continuously to see improvements.
