Well this is adorable. When I was a baby we had a German Shepherd who always slept by my side and she showed her teeth to anyone who came near me. Dogs really are incredible animals.
They are kinder than 80% of humanity, all historic period
I grew up with a German shepherd too and you're absolutely right. My dog would treat us kids like her permanent charge, ever watchful over us and anyone getting close to us was her personal business lol. Barking at first then sniffing whomever. Even my grandmothers got "the business" whenever they'd visit lol 👍

My dog Ben was a gsd also, and he slept under my crib. He wouldn't let anyone except my parents into my room. Dogs are amazing animals.
We had three German Shepards when I was really young, and I still remember riding them like a horse.

Sure. A husky killing 1 month old twin babies in my home town was one of the biggest, most tragic stories around 10 years ago. She killed them in their own cots.
@@susivarga7303 Was the husky treated fairly? Huskys need alot of excercise. Its like with humans. If you treat them bad they will become unstable. No dog is inherently bad. Its just that not all humans have knowledge of said race. They think dog is dog.
@@PE93 the husky was a young female, living with the young couple, walked regularly, well groomed, no complaints from the neighbours about them. She was even walking alongside the prams after the babies' birth. Part of the family.
After 1 month, the mom was in the kitchen and noticed the husky being weird, restless, whatever. When she checked on the babies, they were both lying bloodied in their cots, neck injuries.
The husky was taken away after that. Was it jealousy? Anxiety? Intolerance of change? We'll never know.
I love dogs in every capacity, pets, service dogs, amazing creatures.
But this, in this video? With my baby? Never!
Even cats can be dangerous, sneaking in and curling up on top of the baby, suffocating it.
When my daughter gets older, as a playmate, she can have any pet she wants 😁 I myself am no dog expert or dog whisperer, so your argument is 100% right about having to know your dog inside out, but most people are no Cesar Millan or whathisname 😊 I will pick the most suitable sized and tempered dog, even going to doggy school is a good thing, but dogs and babies in the same bed? No no no.

My parents had a German/Austrialian Shepard mix when I was born naked Pepper. She was my nanny. Got my mom whenever I cried. Stayed with me right by my side all my life til I was around 9 or 10 when she passed away. I’m 33 now but still have fond fond memories of sweet old Pepper.
Many, MANY years ago when I was a baby, my soul sister was a beautiful Siamese cat called Topsy. She was my parent's warning system as she always knew three days before they did that I was starting with bronchial pneumonia again .... And they learned to read the signal. The last two occasions it was those extra few days that enabled them to get me to the hospital in time to save my life. So very, very happy that your little girls have this connection x

She’s so patient with the baby, she really didn’t look all that tired but she laid there with her eyes open most the time so the baby could sleep. It’s really unbelievable! So cute

No matter how docile and adorable a dog may appear to be or how long I’ve raised it, I’ll NEVER my baby alone with a dog, EVER. For a few likes and clicks, some dummies will learn that the very hard way
I find it amazing you think these parents do so. Are you watching their house? Do you gave a spy camera on them? This isn’t their first kid or even their second. Same with the dog, not their first.

My dog Ben used to watch over my boys all night while they slept. He would stay at the top of the stairs outside their door. And NOBODY was getting passed him. I came home early one night and he came charging at me all snarls and teeth. It was dark and he couldn't see my face. God I miss that boy...

So adorable!! When I was six years old, my Great Dane jumped into bed with me and sat on my head..... I couldnt breath and kept kicking the wall. My Mom ran into the room and removed Toros big butt off my face. If she hadnt, I wouldnt be writting this today.

Huskies used to sleep with the children of artíc tribes. So they are made or pre programed for doing so. And the exposure to the germs that the dog coludidos bring is a natural inmune booster, that is why kids raised in farms are healthier. ❤❤❤
@@rancoxxl Interesting to know. I was a cat lover & they do demand less of a human but still give them unconditional love. My children loved the two cats we had. They gave us much cuddle time & love. The larger male cat would play with the girls in the backyard esp when it snowed. Never saw a cat play with children like our big boy (20 lbs Tom cat)

This is the first time I’ve seen this video. This is special as this is the first time Millie got in Daisy’s bed. It touches my heart every time I see Millie sleep with Daisy. Our German Shepherd Major was very gentle with us, however, when bigger kids came around our guardian would quietly place himself between us and them, no teeth or growling, just the presence of this very large 100 pound dog kept them moving on down the street! Our little one( we adopted at 4 weeks) was born from a meth addict alcoholic who used Valium, & oxy for her down time. Sleeping was very hard for him, until one night I awoke to check on him & my Pomeranian was in his crib laying against his leg. He slept for almost 2 hours 🥰 before this night he’d only sleep 20-30 minutes. He’s 8 now, & to this day, she sleeps in bed with him. He sleeps all night.🥰
And you both trusted the dog that much you stood at the cot with cameras trained for 8 hours solid. 😮
