Very informative video. Thank you. What type of paracord am I needing to use for neck knife sheath lanyards. It needs to be thin and strong at the same time. PLMK ASAP. Thank you.
Hi, I like your ideas in this channel. Very practical. I was wondering if you can mimic a compression sack, say for sleeping bag, using only 1 continuous piece of paracord and nothing else? Just an idea for future project.

I hate to see the white strands when want to finish off a bracelet especially if it is a dark color, so I figure out a way, after cutting the cord I use a sharpie same color of the cord, color the white strands then melt it, can't see it anymore.
I got it at a corner store in Oceanside, California for a beach bond fire. This is the Amazon description. “6 3/4" Eagle Torch Pen Gun Torch Lighter Butane Refillable Semi Transparent Tank (Semi Transparent Black)”
Welding those typically non-permanent knots is a creative solution. Lots of applications.
Good stuff man. I thought I knew knots and cordage. I don't know jack, jack
Excellent videos, clearly spoken, well delivered, 👏
Brilliant tricks with conceptual basis explained. Best instructional material available. Thanks again.
Amazing. I loved the example near the end of welding a knot. I have several pieces of cord that I will use that technique on.
Thanks for sharing! Didn't know that paracord could be so interesting!
Useful info. Great video!

BRRROOOOOOO NO MORE STICKY FINGERS. Thank you. Why did I not think of this. I'd be using random bits of paper and my fingers for most my life.

Thanks, that’s a good one. I’ll see if I can figure it out.

Q: Will the melted plastic not crack and break away / seperate under strain of a lot of flexing? For a zipper pull etc probably ok as demonstrated.
It's not a climbing knot alternative if that answers the question.

I kept the innards from gutting paracord over time and have quite a lot now.
Got any ideas what I could start to use it for?
Cool tricks, ty
wich plastic is paracord made of ?
Good cord is made from nylon. Cheap cord is made of polyester.
Yes, nylon
Two main materials - byt
Nylon is the most common. Tends to be a bit😢 'softener' and easier to work with. Polyester is stiffer, tendelldsbtovwear bett5
Keep it going
At 2:21 how the heck is your torch lighter staying on???
What is the torch you are using please?
It’s an Eagle torch. I put a link in the description.
Hi can you post some video on paracord glass lanyed this is Ravish from india
What are you using to melt it (torch)? I need one.
I got it at a corner store in Oceanside, California for a beach bond fire. This is the Amazon description. “6 3/4" Eagle Torch Pen Gun Torch Lighter Butane Refillable Semi Transparent Tank (Semi Transparent Black)”
Go to a gas station that has crack heads roaming around. They got what paracord craves.
Yo this is genius! Thanks!
Okey
I have a permanent scar on my right index finger from a ball of molten paracord that fell on it in the 7th grade lol
I don't understand the situation where a person would prefer to use superglue over a knot
Fun fact: his favorite snack is string cheese.
First!!!
There's better ways to mate 2 pieces together. Stronger, and no melting required.

Don't burn this stuff as it is carcinogenic.... [proceeds to illustrate paracord 101 techniques requiring burning paracord]. Lol! YOLO! :-D
