Kargil War Memorial is gearing up to commemorate the 25th Kargil Vijay Diwas on July 26. Courtyard of the memorial is adorned with national flags and decorations in preparation to honor the heroes of the Kargil War. This significant day will pay tribute to the soldiers who bravely defended India’s borders during one of the nation’s most challenging battles. The memorial, a symbol of the sacrifice and valor displayed by the armed forces, stands as a reminder of their indomitable spirit and dedication. The observance of Kargil Vijay Diwas serves to honor the selfless heroism and the importance of preserving the soldiers’ legacy
Speaking to ANI, an excited visitor said, “It felt really great visiting here. All the preparations are going on for Kargil Vijay Diwas.”
Another visitor said, “It is a very peaceful place. There is very tight security inside because PM will come to celebrate the Kargil Vijay Diwas.”
