Mind sets change, aggression types evolve and Martial Arts perspective grow. The rule is simple: on the street, we don´t have time and our movements are limited, therefore we will have to execute one or two reactive movements at most. For this reason, movements of the FIRST PHASE must be as simple as possible, with an inborn reaction and easy to learn.
