1) I have use npm run android, app showing output but when i remove usb and start app again , it showing old output .
2) apk size to large 152 mb , why . how to solve these issue .

1. It depends what `npm run android` command do. I guess it runs developer build. In this case it's connected to you metro bundler server, which is running on your computer. Basically it means it's not suppose to work without USB connection.
2. Many reasons could be there. But it's not really important what apk size is. Better metric would be to check `Install Size` of your aab bundle in the Play Store console.
