- Did the Secret Service follow standard protocols for securing an event of this magnitude, incl. a multi-tiered security setup with access restrictions? Secret Service's communication and advanced planning has to be viewed by congress to verify this.

- Did the Secret Service direct local law enforcement to guard all of their pre-designated potential enemy sniper positions / danger areas? If not, why?

?:?? Thomas Matthew Crooks father calls the police and tells them he's worried about what his son will do (with his cheaper AR-15 style weapon that he let his son borrow or buy - 2023 - from him).
1:00 Counter sniper team briefing at the 2nd floor of the HGR building (next to where Crooks later was on the roof), and the public is let in.
3:50-4:00 Thomas Crooks fly a drone (3rd time) for about 11 minutes about 200 yards from the event site. Why didn't any law enforcement spot Crooks' drone? Why did USSS turn down the offer from local police to use a drone?
4:33 Trumps motorcade arrives at the rally.
5:06 Crooks is shown in video (WTAE, ABC) scoping out the buildings.
5:10 Crooks identified as a 'person of interest'. Crooks was seen below counter-snipers stationed in 'the same' building (actually next to) he would climb and take position on later.
5:14 A police sniper capture a photo of the shooter.
?:?? Someone in in law enforcement takes a picture of Crooks bike and 'book backpack' outside the event. A counter sniper saw Crooks walk from this bike. When was USSS informed about this?
?:?? Law enforcement personnel left the roof they were stationed to, and where Crooks later climbed up to, because they thought it was too warm there to protect the many roofs. Unclear where they went instead. Were there counter snipers ('Greg')? inside the building, but nobody stationed in the windows?
5:30 (or 3 hours before he started shooting, according to some) Crooks spotted with a rangefinder. Magnetometors pick up his rangefinder but they let him in anyway.
5:38 A photo of the would-be assassin was taken by law enforcement and shared in a group chat at 5:38. One of the law enforcement officers said in the chat the USSS should be notified about Crooks due to the rangefinder; 'Kid learning around the building we are in. AGR I believe it is. I did see him with a range finder looking towards stage [sic]. FYI. If you wanna notify SS snipers to look out. I lost sight of him'. Then an officer was sent out by someone to look for Crooks; 'Call it in to command and have a uniform check it out'. Photos of Crooks were sent to the USSS at a command centre.
5:41 A photo from 5:41 shows two counter snipers looking thru binoculars in the direction of the gunman.
5:45 The USSS sniper teams (all snipers?) received photos of Crooks 26 minutes before Crooks started shooting and they knew he was at the HGR building.
5:51 (according to Axios) PSP notify USSS about a man spotted on the ground with a rangefinder.
5:52 (wrong time given by USSS/media) Crooks spotted, with his rifle over his shoulder, on the roof by Secret Service.
5:52 The USSS Security room disseminated info to USSS counter sniper response team and additional reponse agents on the ground.
5:53 Sharpshooters notified by USSS of a suspicious person with a rangefinder on the outer perimeter, but USSS let him go on anyway.
5:54 (?) Trump is informed by someone in USSS, and in some way, of the threat, but no evidence for this and has been denied by Trump. Former USSS Director Cheatle claims that Crooks wasn't considered a threat until seconds before the shooting.
6:00 A series of text messages guessed the 20-year-old was headed towards the back of the AGR buildings 'away from the event'.
6:02 (6:00 according to Axios, 6:03 according to others) Trump takes the stage.
6:04 A photo from 6:04 shows both counter snipers in the north team looking thru binoculars in the direction of the gunman.
6:09 Visitor crowd starts trying to alert USSS/Police about a gun man on the roof and records him crawling on the roof. Crooks climbed the roof in front of the 1st open window in the HGR building where law enforcement were supposed to be. They left their post. Butler DA Richard Goldinger denies this, but what he said is clearly wrong.
6:09 Police confronts Crooks but retreats. Why didn't police climb up on the roof of the one-story building via the AC unit, as Crooks did (even without ladder or help)?
6:10 Police contacts Secret Service about the gunman. USSS counter sniper unit informed security room that local police were addressing an issue on the outer perimeter.
6:11 A local officer is seen walking next to the building with Crooks on the roof.
?:?? The counter snipers spot Crooks w/wo a rifle for the first time.
6:11 (6:12 according to some) Crooks fires first 3 shots and then 5 shots in burst mode, during six seconds. His first shot hits Trump. A photo from NYT shows the bullet whizzing right next to Trumps head. Later 5+3 shell casings were found next to Crooks body.
6:12 (?) Crooks killed by 1 (or 2) shot from the counter snipers. Seems like the north team (with vests marked 'Police') closest to Crooks messed up (because they were badly positioned), but the other team (a USSS counter sniper) killed Crooks with one bullet immediately after Crooks 8th shot. There was nobody at the water tower.
Only an independent investigation can correct & expand the time stamps given in the timeline above (from USSS & media).

Everyone agrees on the failure of Secret Service but so many questions remains unanswered, where the former Secret Service boss was just dodging & ducking all questions. For example, did Crooks use the 5 ft ladder he bought (not found near the HGR Construction), and if so, where? Why didn't the police/Secret Service have access to any ladder there?
All 8 shots heard (3+5 shots) came from Crooks. Secret Service's snipers only need 1 shot, but counter snipers shot twice? Kimberly Cheatle didn't even know how many shell casings there were from Crooks rifle. 8 shell casings has been recovered next to Crooks body according to Col. Paris (PSP). Where did all bullets go? Where there counter snipers in the HGR construction, and if so, where (3 open windows at the two story HGR building)?
Why only 22 (out of more than 8000 employees) - whereof an undisclosed amount of temporary/inexperienced agents - from Secret Service at an event with ten thousands of participants, protecting the person who lives under the probably biggest threat in the world? Why didn't Cheatle want to reveal that there were 22 agents and why did she repeatedly claim that there was enough people to protect Trump? There were 30 from PSP plus an unknown number (unpaid?) of Butler Police.
Especially strange considering the extended threat to Trump from Iran (where Biden let thousands of illegal Iranians into US thru the Mexican border).
Was Butler, Pa. commissioner truthful when he claimed that USSS lied and that all of the police only were there for traffic duty?
Why was Trump denied requests for more security, and who denied this? Why didn't FBI add resources?
Whatabout the Democrats who wanted to take away Trump's Secret Service protection completely, just weeks before the assassination attempt?
Why were Secret Service and the police on different radio frequencies? Is that standard, and if so why? There where 3 different radio systems/frequencies; USSS, Pen State Police & Butler Police - plus phones, voice & text thru some text system - and it seems like this contributed to the obvious communication failure. Col. Paris (PSP responsible) said he doesn't know the routines for how to relay info from the radio communication (or phones) to the correct person (he says only USSS knows this) or if his police could access the other frequences.
Why wasn't the radio communication recorded at the event? Cheatle says it's recorded otherwise.
Secret Service knew about the threat more than 1 hour before Crooks started shooting. Why did Secret Service let Trump speak in spite of that they knew about Crooks even before Trump went on the stage?
Why wasn't Crooks investigated by USSS when he was considered to be a suspicious subject (not even at 5:30 or 5:52)?
Why wasn't Trump's Secret Service detail warned by local police they were tracking a suspicious person?
Seems like Secret Service had Crooks in the crosshairs already 19 minutes before Crooks started shooting. Why did the Secret Service's snipers have their weapons directed towards Crooks for so long (19 minutes) without shooting? Why did they let Trump continue to speak?
Why were there no counter sniper team in the water tower (most elevated position, 160 yards away from Trump)?
When was the last sweep of the roof where Crooks was shooting from, and the area around it? Why was nobody working at the site vetted?
Why did Secret Service let Crooks run a drone over the area (even more than 1 time)? Why didn't USSS have any drones (or chopper)?
Why did the police have to tear down the fence and drive thru a gate to be able to get to the building where Crooks was on the roof?
When & why did Thomas Crooks father call the police, worried about what his son would do, how did that conversation go and did USSS search for this info?
Who approved the security plan? Who was the site command/site supervisor? Seems like there was a planning problem, a coordination problem and a supervision problem. Who was in what command center at what time & where? Who left their post, when & why?
Exactly who signed off on the security plan? Where's the accountability? Nobody has been disciplined and everybody who failed their mission are still active and can continue to put presidents and others at risk for another 60 days or more, during a presidential campaign. Nobody has been fired or even suspended.
Why was 'The Beast' not parked immediately adjacent to the stage (with a secure distance to the public) to facilitate a fast exit for Trump?
Why did Kimberly Cheatle (one of many Trump-haters & Jill Biden's favorite security guard) lie about the slope on the building, and about who were in the building ('local police') with Crooks on the roof. The DEI appointed Kimberly Cheatle had no answers during the hearing 9 days after the assassination attempt. Cheatle knew just about nothing, not even that it was 130-140 yards between Crooks & Trump. Transparency from USSS is close to none.
