Anyone watching this young lady for the first time, can i suggest you go back through all her content from the start and see for yourself exactly what she has achieved through hard work on her own this year! shes very down to earth (no pun intended) and watchable, quite remarkable, turning a literal dump into a functional plot!.......great work Seren, looking forward to your ideas for next season.....'Take another bow young lady' 🙂
Its all looking great, you've done so much this year. The plot is unrecognisable from the start of the year. The new obelisks and arch, plus the greenhouse staging is brilliant, so pleased you were able to get them. Enjoy planning what you intend to grow on them. I can't wait to see what you do next on the plot. Thank you for sharing🐿
Seren, it's such a joy to see the twinkle in your eye when you talk about the things that you enjoy eating. May I encourage you to aspire to only growing what you like. Can you imagine what an exciting place your allotment will be for you? Let the allotment work for you rather than you working for it. You have done an amazing job so crack on❤❤❤❤
such a good work you have done this year 👩🏻🌾remember to celebrate that and look back 😊i found that mulching garlic over winter helps a lot from weather rain and birds with weather you got 👍
The best part of today was finding another report from the plot!❤ All the good that you do in this world seems to be coming back to you, Seren.😊 Looking forward to seeing the garlic as it grows!
When I planted out my garlic, I used long grass cuttings, dried as a kind of mulch which worked to keep the squirrels and rats out because I put it on fairly thickly. It insulated the soil, and I noticed far fewer weeds could take root. All the cuttings were just clipped from around tree bases that had overgrown. I pulled the roots out and dried those completely before adding to the compost bin. Looks like you really got some nice goodies for your plot too. 👍🇨🇦
ohhh free germination stations lol plus obelisks wow cant wait to see them all full of flowers n things next summer,, hope you bought a lotto ticket it might be your lucky night lol
Those racks could be covered with polythene and made into propogation houses or the one look like it could be laid on its back covered with fine mesh and used as a cloche to protect young plants planetd out from wildlife.
I’m so excited to see my garlics in your video. I forgot just how big that Elephant garlic was 😂 wishing you a bountiful garlic harvest next year 🫶🏻🧄 I’m going to have to go change my label of “mystery IOW garlic” to Caulk White now lol.
I know you are already planning for next spring! Garlic is planted and the obelisks and arch are waiting to be assembled. Where will they be placed? We will stay tuned!
How did you get such beautiful cloves? I don't know what I did wrong this year but none of my bulbs turned to cloves. I have left them in to see if they do next year.
@@Blackhuf last year I planted them in December and got the biggest bulbs ever! 😂 I think as long as they’re in by Christmas they’ll do perfectly fine 🥰 Thanks so much for watching! 🧄
some gardener I watch says that the recommended plant distance on the back of the packs are meant for the big farm industry, and us who plant at home or on allotments can with good conscience plant things closer than advised.

Could not agree more. Such impressive progress on the plot in one season.

Awesome finds❤ love the time with you at the plot
I get really happy when you have a new upload, I just cooked the last of my tomatoes from this year. please keep going
Oh what luck to get all the structures for free! Wow
The important question, the gardening dilemma of all time, growing, planting, harvesting, planning, is :
How do you keep your trainers clean?😂❤😂❤😊
such a good work you have done this year 👩🏻🌾remember to celebrate that and look back 😊i found that mulching garlic over winter helps a lot from weather rain and birds with weather you got 👍
Fabulous. True when they say one person's rubbish is another's treasure.
on your greenhouse staging frames - i would cut wooden slats to act as shelves that your trays can sit on

Treasure trove for you Seren.
5:52 Big up to the Wilkinson's tray!!! No other tray comes close. RIP Wilkos. 😂
Junk pile treasures! And bonus abandoned allotment treasures too! It really was a good day 🥰
I can only imagine how amazing a garlic farm would smell!

Perfect tee shirt for your planting today, Seren! So funny! Wow, that elephant garlic is enormous- it’s well named. Cheers! ❤️🇨🇦
I have a couple of resident blackbirds that clearly done follow the ‘no dig’ theory! They make such a mess everywhere!!

Turn the big shelf upside down and your trays should fit flush.

@@serensgarden really these days no harsh winters and/or late winters. being a bit late makes no difference imo.

free stuff thats a good day
52 bulbs of garlic is one a week.
A scrap metal pile? We don't have anything like that! No manure, wood chip drops either on our plot.
