    I am 67. My cholesterol went down from 217 to 175 by walking 2 hrs, every other day. I walk 3 mins fast and 3 mins slow. This is called Interval Walk Training. I don’t have any maintenance. I take less carbs, eat more vegetables and protein-rich foods. Above all, I sleep a lot and avoid stress. Walking reduces stress on the body.

    Share ko laang ang aking experience doing intermittent fasting pag gising drink warm water. After 20 minutes drink warm lemon. Continue drinking warm water with lemon . Mag share sa RUclips.And doing Zumba pra hindi magutom gawing busy ang katawan natin everyday.. Mag no rice. Gawa ng bread using oatmeal babana bread. Kunti laang kainin. Kain ng madaming Vegetables Salad. Vegetables boil only. 11 AM ang break fast and lunch . drink warm water pag nagutom. Tiknik laang. Pag gising. Laga ng Saba. Oatmeal bread with Baba.Kamoti bread.komoting kahoy. Kalabasa bread.Every day nagbabawas ang timbang talaga. Sa Gabi eat snack only. Thank u po Dok

      Kahit puro healthy ang kainin mo at iwasan mo lahat ng pinagbabawal ng mga Doctor magkakasakit at tatanda ka parin tapus babawian parin ng buhay .gusto mo tumanda umabot ng 100 tapus mag paalaga dahil bumalik na sa pagkabaya yung iba nga nakahiga nalang ayaw mo ng ganon noh kaya habang nabubuhay pa ako kinakain ko gusto ko na mga masasarap na pagkain ini enjoy ko ang buhay ko pagnamatay tayo kakainin tayo ng uod.nanay ko nga 86 nung binawian ng buhay pero bata pa nag iinum at nagtatabaco pa at leat na enjoy niya buhay niya yung iba nga diyan wala pang 50 binawian na ng buhay healthy food naman ang kinakain ako 63 na sa awa ng Dios ok naman ang health ko ok lang bawian ako ng buhay basta ini enjoy ko muna buhay ko may kilala ako 35 pa edad organic ang kinakain pero na operahan sa puso hindi uminum at hindi naninigarilyo.hays hindi nakakamatay ang pagkain dahil blessing yan galing sa Dios lahat tayo kakambal na sakit natin kahit mga Doctor nagkakasakit din mga yan.

    All you said is true!!! I had schemic attack due to over weight in 2018 of dec. I was given a very high dosage of statin. I was not getting better. So I research and found out the damage statin can do to your body. I stop it and made a drastic lifestyle change. No sugar. No carbs. No process foods and drinks, I did intermittent fasting. That’s it. I felt better everyday until now I’m ok.

    Great video doc Castillo! What's considered a high triglyceride that is dangerous? Is it extremely critical if triglycerides are high but blood is normal(meaning walang diabetes)? HDL is also normal. Salamat doc sa magandang explanation!

    share ko lang din po. Ako bp 140/90 cholesterol 225 may maintenance din Ako sa sugar. pero control parin pagkain ko brown rice oatmeal and more veggies. di narin ako nag soda at mga cakes occasionally nalang. thank you doc nadagdagan ang kaalaman ko

    I’m 72 years old, still working more on physical,I can make 10,000 steps a day.I eat healthy food, no processed not drinking soda only water and warm water with lemon,turmeric and honey. Still my cholesterol is high 232.. my dr prescribed me rosuvastatin 5mg but I didn’t take it because of so many side effects.. I don’t take medicine as much as possible.I searched for natural healing that I can get from medicinal plants and lifestyle.

    Sa ngayon po dok.pinag take ako ni dok ng losartan 50mg
    Resovastatin 20mg

    Low carb talaga importante , sa tanghali lang carb. Sa gabi dinner snack ka na lang or salad , sa breakfast naman boil egg and wheat bread and oatmeal milk. Exercise walking 30 minutes 5 days a week 👍

    Hindi po naniniwala doktor ko s fasting dhil diabetic ako pero i listen to your advises i chnge my eating habits pero minsan ndadapa..pero blik ulit...pag alam kong may bawal n food intake i do walking sa treadmill ko and i take my meds and go back sa normal lifestyle..kaya lng dok npapagod ako s exercise pwede po b mag phinga at pwede 35 min.nlng😅😅

    Nahlalakad nmn po every day mga 2000 steps pero lkad lng talaga.
    Uric minsan mayad nsa 176.
    May bara dawbpo ugat punt sa puso
