What's great about adrian as a character is that she didnt treat Ricky like a deviant after finding out he was abused like others treated him. She treated him like the same person he was, only now she knew more about him.
He wasnt treated like a devia t after this they treated him like the hero. He was treated like the deviant before becuz that is how he acted, who he was, and who Ricky truly is. The way Ricky treated Adian through out this series is pro8f of that.
