Sacramento is, after all, the Capital of the 5th largest economy in the world, so at least you are in the middle of a very odd place with lots of goings-on around you .... with endless farmlands on the one side of you and endless coastal Pacific, from the border of Mexico to the border of Canada, on the other side of you.

I am retiring next yr at 55 with 3 houses paid off worth 40.5 million. I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investments.

Large mansion although magnificent beautiful but never gives me the security living. With so many windows and doors and rooms unoccupied. What about breaking is so scary unsafe. My house have been breaking by man theft knowing I am vulnerable single and the repeated breaking really took a toll to my mental health everyday.
