Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted Butter(100g)
1/2 cup Sugar
1 egg Yolk
pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp Pineapple essence or other flavoring
1.25 cup Maida(160 g)
red food color optional
Bake at 350F/175 C for 10-12 min
Cooker: Medium heat for 12 min
