I would like to add in here that the longer cords doesn't work with the suit and only the short cord which produce a click does. That confused the hell out of me for a long time.
Hi, I have smart suite pro II with gloves and face capture just unboxed on my desk in this moment, i purchased a 3A powerbank (Aneker 313 is not available on Amazon Italy) right now but I'm wandering if i definitely need an Asus dedicated router or I can start use my suite without it?
Hey there! Welcome to the Rokoko community! We recommend you have a dedicated router before you get started, but it does not need to be an Asus. Try using your existing router first to see if it meets your needs. If you see that your router does not measure up to your needs, consider one of the options here - support.rokoko.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410409171985-Best-Wi-Fi-routers-for-Smartsuit-Pro-II. Hi Alexander! You absolutely can, you'll just need additional set of cables and batteries to connect with the Smartgloves. You can also contact customersuccess@rokoko.com to explore the possibility of exchange
I just purchased the indie bundle, I got a separate email saying I needed a separate battery for each glove and for the smart suit, which, watching this isn't the case? maybe that email is outdated but I'd fix that for anyone else who was like me (about to buy 3 freaking batters :'D)
