When I put my modge podge/drip on my ice cream I place it in front of a fan for about 30 mins and it dries enough to finish the top. I put my sprinkles in a little modge podge and then adhere them to the whip cream topping with a tweezers after it's dry. I love your videos and it's so nice to see someone on RUclips who crafts and has the same hobby as me♥️🍨
OMG SOOOO AMAZING !!! I LOVE YOUR ICE CREAM SUNDAE. WOW IT'S DYN-O-MITE !!!!! YOU ARE SOOOO GIFTED. YOU'RE VERY VERY SPECIAL AND IT SHOWS THROUGH YOUR CRAFTING. THANK YOU VERY MUCH CINDY THANK YOU !!!!!

Oh my goodness I found you on fb channel from Glitzz and glue crafts . I have ask RUclips and searched and searched for fake foods and they don’t even show but a few people. Thank goodness I found you ! You are amazing! Thank you for sharing all your knowledge!
Lol ok I already requested a chip sandwich ice cream now watching this would luv to see a banana split with all the toppins the pinapple cherries chocolate caramel and whip cream and nuts with the 3 colors of ice cream. Just ideas I'm throwing at ya. Your awesome hope to see these ideas in future videos I know the banana split might be a challenge but I think your so great at your fake bake creations you can do it. 🤗
Everything looks hard until you try. Then when you do you will say “oh, this is not that hard”! And then you will be in love with Fake Bakes and want to make them all! 😉
@@peepthisyall trying to save on funds and wanting to made realistic ice cream cones I actually have tried using a " real cone cup" I put kidney beans in bottom for weight, stuffed the cone with tin foil.. then I filled the top inside with mod podge ( the edge was very soft until hardened and painted the complete exterior with mod podge. So far so good it seems pretty tough. ( now I have to get baby powder to make my " tiger tail ice cream. I have also watered down my pod podge with Cherry flavored " Kool-Aid drink liquid.. ( I didn't like the flavor but it works nicely for fake bake and is scented ..lol) I made thumb print cookies it was nice jelly... worked with a vase filler for a fake slushy and I spread it out and let it set, peeled it off the sandwich bag and pressed it into a strawberry ice cube mold and made strawberry gummies.. I'll try it on a sundae as strawberry syrup... had to share this with you. Love your ideas and thanks for posting with us.
Forgot the main reason I mixed Mod Podge with the liquid Kool aid mix was to make a red " Candy apple" and it worked amazing. I gave it 2 coats allowing 2 days dryin in between as I didnt want to play with Epoxy. ( and this was cheaper)
Thank you for sharing! I’ve been wanting to do an extreme Sunday and with your help I’m planning on doing it soon. Have to make my embellishments first. I keep eyeing you banana cream one, are you planning on making a tutorial on that one? For my chocolate drizzle I like using the puffy paint. Works great and the consistency is perfect! 😊
@@peepthisyall I love that banana pudding as well and have been trying to figure out how I could make that. Hope you share sometime it is adorable!!! =)
You are so creative. I love it 🥰. Btw what did you do with the left over fake pink drip? Can you save it or does it have to be thrown away? If salvable how would you store it for next use?
Made the ice cream scoops last night, and they are turning out great. I just put scoops of the spackle in 3 shades, chocolate, strawberry and vanilla on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. The extra bits I had left in chocolate and strawberry I used the frosting decorator tip to make small stars. Hoping I can add the glitter or embellishment later. Do you think mod podge or white glue will work? Thanks so much for the really fun and instructional video!
The reason you were able to put so many scoops into your cup was because the ice cream scoops, settled upon each other. I know, I did this before and it will settle further, depending on ur weather and humidity in the house. The cornstarch and hair conditioner works best and you can even put the scoops into your hand to move to different containers, if, you need to. I love doing it this way. You need patience but it works better.
If I would've just let my spackle scoops dry out I could stack them that way. I have several older ice cream scoops I've made that have held up well. Thanks for your tips. :)
I tried using just the spackle but it ended up, literally, softening so much, it didn't hold its shape. So, then I did the cornstarch and VO5 conditioner and I made a dough that was able to be used as a scoopable mix, and formed great ice cream scoops. A heads up that I know about. I made a few ice cream desserts with that.
This is just gorgeous I just love it ❤️. You are so amazing. At making stuff to go on your Sunday. You stay safe and God bless you lot of live sent to.
Why can’t you just wash it and reuse them? I’ve had to do that with some plates because I didn’t have any disposable ones. But I did make sure to wash them well but now I’m scared after hearing we cannot use them afterwards.
Cindy helloo..mamaaaz.. Uuumm..Why don't you put like small HENGA BLOCKS IN THE BOTTOM IF UR SCOOPS?? LIKE TOO SAVE MORE SPACKLE..OR TOILET PAPER TUBES?? THEY DO SELL THE SMALL JENGA BLOCKS AT THE "DOLLARTREES"..

To help save spackle you can place a styrofoam ball inside ( add a penny or washer in bottom for weight if required) if using solid color cups...
Baby powder is a good idea, some have said in time with flour it could get mold..
Hi! I thought of that afterwards. Thank you. 😊
Yes, I don’t like mixing real food into my fake bakes.

Do you seal this with anything after everything sets?
I do not set my fake bakes but you can use mod podge if you like.
Cindy, what brand of animal bedding do y use for fake nuts on top of desserts. Tks
This is what I use: amzn.to/3sQzuhp
@@peepthisyall Cindy Thank y so much
Hey, Cindy! Do you finish off your fake bakes with a sealer? If so, what do you use? Love all your videos!!!! Thank you!! 💛
Hi! Thank you! I do not any sealer on my fake bakes. 😉
How do you clean your stuff that you put spakle in so you can reuse?
I use wet wipes to clean everything out.

Yes, I know about this method too. Thank you. :)
Does it have to be V05 or can you use any conditioner?
Cindy where do you get your meat trays at that you use to collect your sprinkles?
Dollar Tree in the paper goods section. ;)
Can you drizzle chocolate on top of the ice cream after it's dried I forgot the chocolate?
yes you can.
Can you put ur drip in a squeeze bottle and save what you don’t use?
You can but I don’t want to clean out the bottles so I put what I need in a baggie and keep the rest in a small container. 😉
This is just gorgeous I just love it ❤️. You are so amazing. At making stuff to go on your Sunday. You stay safe and God bless you lot of live sent to.
Thanks so much! 😊
Could you use the model magic and put in an ice cream scoop, would that work better?
Model Magic is too expensive to use that way in my opinion. You could use styrofoam balls possibly. :)
Try using static spray on foam balls to help static
Thanks for the tip! 😊
Why can’t you just wash it and reuse them? I’ve had to do that with some plates because I didn’t have any disposable ones. But I did make sure to wash them well but now I’m scared after hearing we cannot use them afterwards.
You can wash it but just understand that there are chemicals in there and you should keep fake bake supplies separate from home/cooking supplies. 😉
