This movie has always been very special to me, because this was the first movie that i bought with my own money back when i was 13. Christina looked absolutely beautiful throughout the movie. Her acting skill was good, and the songs fit the theme of the movie. The storyline may be a little overused, because this is, like, a remake of Glitter by Mariah Carey, in my opinion. Mariah is bad at lip syncing, though, but both are amazing singers, talented artists and beautiful women. I adore her cute and innocent personality in this movie.

I never really paid attention to Christina before, and her vocals blew me away. When Cher first showed up in the movie, I was reminded why I liked her back in the '70s, and not the punchline she had pretty much become nowadays. She can still perform with the best of 'em.

Can someone explain me why this was never released as a promotional single or something? Im not a fan but this is explosive, I had never seen xtina dancing, if she releases more videos like this Im sure her performances would be much more attractive, she sings perfect, she has one of the greatest voices in music industry but I would like to see her rocking on stage like Janet, Madonna or Britney do.
She did a lot of this in her Back to Basics era but if you've seen the film it was very underwhelming. I don't know what kind of promotion was done, I barely heard of it at the time.
2023, and it still holds. Christina's vocals are timeless. This is one of my favorite movies of all time. A simple plot with explosive, intricate and stellar music. I thought she was a natural actress and hoped she'd try again. She's on another level. ❤😊
