Thanks!!! This saved me :D @everyone saying it doesn't work, here is how it will: The problem is sometimes the projector doesn't take the first couple button presses accurately. It will react only every second button press or so. 1. Make sure your room is completely silent 2. Power up the projector. 3. Turn volume on the remote to max (just press + a couple of times (max volume is about 20 button presses) 4. Now press home button 5. Use the arrow keys randomly to make sure the projector makes a bup sound every time you press a button accurately, because sometimes it's delayed or button presses are not registered at all. 6. Press home key again 7. Now follow his instructions, push the buttons slowly (!!!), make sure every push of a button makes a sound. Then it will work.
thanks man, it's worked. it's happen when i update the new firmware (date 24-09-24). for who does not work keep trying, the setting menu will have lag or delay, so you have to click it fast. good luck.
If you've waited long enough for it to boot up and be sitting on the home screen, the button combination I gave you if it's the same model will factory restore the device.. otherwise you have a different problem all together.

Listen for the little bop sounds the projector makes when you press a button on the remote. Press anything until the bops come accurately. Then press home. THEN follow his exact commands in order and make sure you hear a bop sound with every press of a button. Then it works
Didn’t work with me. After updating firmware the settings icon is not opening or give a black screen. Trying your method but it doesn’t work unfortunately 😢
Switch it on. Once on main screen press the power button. Go to reboot/restart press ok. When the screen goes black, keep pressing the home button non stop until the logo appears. Then, you will see a big circle appear and something written in mandarin. It will restart by itself and take you to home page, rebooted to its factory settings. Download your apps again, and log into them again.
