No, but they are among the most numerous.
The most numerous are the Senegalese.
On the other hand, in hip-hop and French music in general, it is clearly artists with Congolese origins who dominate the industry:
Ninho, Niska, Damso, Kalash Criminel, Dadju, Koba La D, Zola, Shay, Tiakola, Sdm, Mig Moula etc…
And they have this reputation as the greatest artists in Africa.
