Great work again. With so many options, the skill to look at a player and select a selection of shafts that work, in this case first time! is such an art! Superb.
You are very true about fitting being an art, very much a case of understanding both player and data and interpreting both to get the best head and shaft for the player
Fantastic fitting…. Nick did a top job there. And not sure what Jason’s hdcp is but I wouldn’t want to play him for too much swinging it as well as he was! Great stuff team 👏
Another great fitting by Nick 👏🏾👏🏾 I do think tho that of the fittings i have seen Mizuno and Srixon are not offered up to try nearly as much as the top 4, Ping, Callaway, Titelist and Taylormade. They only seem to be tested if the customer specifically asks for them which i feel is abit unfair to the brands as from what i have seen they are both top tier products.
Thanks Stephen. The Mizuno heads are quite heavy which does make them limited on what players they can work for aged the Srixon are very definite for spin but we will make sure the fitters don’t get “brand blind” to them!
All shafts swing and perform differently so an aftermarket shaft will have different playing characteristics and if that augments performance versus the stock shaft then it is worth the upgrade as long as cost is not prohibitive. Stock shafts cannot cover all bases and offer a selection of shafts that gives a basic range of weight and profile choices but with hundreds of shaft options on the market there are plenty of other shafts that might outperform
How come stealth 2 plus was tried instead of standard stealth? Would g430 max be more comparable to the standard stealth? Or is standard stealth spin too high?
Sorry for delayed reply. Jason has the original Stealth Plus and so we wanted to compare the latest version. G430 Max in principle is more comparable to standard Stealth2 but the performance was so stable from the Ping it was unbeatable
Not necessarily - your swing determines what tee height is best as well so do not just tee it high because it is “the right thing”. Simon has a mid to low tee height because he is low to the ground through impact but also has an angle of attack of +2
Very impressed with the fitter, keeps things simple.
Thanks Mark. Glad you enjoyed the fitting video

Hi why would you go for an aftermarket shaft rather than the stock ping?

PING driver should be in the bag of most amateurs. Nothing beats PING forgiveness.
Ping are great clubs
Think my tsi3 might have to go after watching that dispersion with the Ping 😮
Come and let us make sure it is the right thing if you do want to change!
Would suggest to get your own fitting, Ping might not be for you.
Tee it high👍👍 if your hitting it high in face it's your swing not tee height ...tee high let it fly see trottie golf he's the man

If he’s high on the face with a low tee position, he’d sky it if he teed it any higher. I mean if you like 100 yard drives, go for it
@@ryanwalters694 he could hit up more 🤷
