    I sure hope you all feel like you are with us! I love that you see how we all have those moments of confusion, or we get lost in our thoughts. Never perfection, just doing our best as I hope that is the same with you! I have to give credit to this crew....I'm the only one who has done a run through of the workout...they pick up the choreography like it's nothing. Have a wonderful week and get ready for the NEW Leg Day workout. Just curious why leg day isn't popular. ❤❤

      I can do all leg day except for lunges. I have arthritis in my knees and this is one exercise in legs I cannot do. All other leg workouts I can do.

      @@joanneryan8508 i have a hard time with lunges too.. dont go as low if that makes sense. modify to meet your needs :)

    This was a fun workout. I liked it so much I did the standing ab section twice.
    I think I would like leg day better if it were knee friendly.

    I love these standing abs and cardio workouts! I can't do traditional abs exercises from the floor anymore (crunches, etc), due to a severe back injury 2 years ago. But I have found a way to work my abs with standing exercises like these, and also plank variations.
    I got pretty sweaty during this workout, and the cardio was great! I loved the booty band glutes at the end. Loved it so much I wanted more, so I added on another 13-minute glute band workout right after this! 😃Oh yeah, my Sunday morning workout is complete! 🔥😅

      You're so welcome! Been working on another that uses the ankle weights a lot. Very effective for core and legs without causing any knee issues.

    Thanks, Michelle! Perfect workout for the days when you just don't feel like working out, but once you get moving, it gets the energy flowing. Not too intense or harsh on the body, but still good and sweaty. I end up wanting to do more at the end. Great to add on a quick upper body workout or a yoga stretch.

    Hello Michelle ma belle, this workout was what I needed this Monday morning, THANK YOU! I do a power yoga class every Monday evening at the Club so I’ve learned to balance and pace myself to give my best in each workout. I’d have done a repeat absolutely, but I need to save some energy for this evening yoga. This is what maturity teaches us, planning and efficient moderation, right?     This one was so good! Nobody has ever instructed me to lean forward during those side steps with the band on. And oh my gosh, it makes the biggest difference! Thank you! I know I will feel those glutes tomorrow.....

    Amazing workout! Got to the end and then repeated it! Second time round was tough but was able to add in a few jumps to increase! 600cal workout! Thanks Michelle and team!

    Moderate pace and intensity; great for a day when you want to feel worked out and tuned up, but not wasted! 4-18-24 Tempted to do the cardio portion twice.....but didn't! 10-5-24
