You can get it from doing that but when the teaser first released that was the only way to get the badge.

2 FOR ANYONE WHO HAD IT , THE BADGE TRANSFORMED IN TO A SPECIAL COOLER VERSION OF THE WIN STREAK COUNTER BADGE FOR ARENA
