6:44 the iconic voice of Paul Frees for Busch Gardens, sounding a lot like Orson Welles.
12:55 George S. Irving on the voice-over for Stouffer's. 28:40 the super deep voice of Ken Nordine.
4:39 that's the voice of Lester Rawlins, who was best known for his Dunkin' Donuts voice-overs.
6:12 the great Peter Thomas for Thomas' English muffins.

15:12 Promo for reruns of "Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman" that aired the same month during the CBS Late Movie. According to CLG Wiki, the rare TAT Communications logo seen at the end of daytime reruns of "One Day at a Time" and "The Jeffersons" during this time was also seen on CBS Late Movie reruns of "Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman," but I haven't confirmed that for myself since I wasn't born until 1986 and I have yet to find video recordings of the reruns, so far I've only found promos.

Ruffles - Geri Reischel ("fake Jan" on "The Brady Bunch Variety Hour", when Eve Plumb refused to participate in the debacle)
Keebler - Parley Baer voiced the Keebler Elf. Parley had started out as an animal trainer in a circus, before becoming one of Hollywood's top radio actors in the 1940s and 50s. When TV killed radio, he seamlessly moved into roles in TV and commercials.

Tums - voiceover by Jackson Beck. He was a great radio actor and cartoon voice artist at Fleischer/Famous Studios, starting in the 1930s. He voiced Bluto in Popeye cartoons, and was the narrator in the Superman cartoons.

    7:58: "Today's Americans don't want yesterday's ideas."
    George H W Bush, 1979.
"I saw Crocodile Dundee, and I saw the drug scene treated with HUMOR, as if it were a humorous incident."
    George H W Bush, 1989.
An idea from yesterday about yesterday's values that do not exist in reality, if ever there was one. Now I ask you, who does Bush think he's kidding about "yesterday's ideas?"
