ignoring all the edgy animations even though we (player) technically did control FRISK, we never actually did control CHARA since at the end of geno route, Chara asked us to erase the world and start again and if we refused, we would die. SOOO by this logic, Chara is still actually evil

The unique victim here is frisk because frisk never do something bad before the game and after the pacifist or neutral.
