Realising the statistical odds of our existence, it helps to have all of the day-to-day drama, anxieties, and insecurities just fall away. It reminds you of who you are. A mathematical anomaly in a sea of gas, stars and planets.

"The amazing thing is that every atom in your body came from a star that exploded. And, the atoms in your left hand probably came from a different star than your right hand. It really is the most poetic thing I know about physics: You are all stardust. You couldn’t be here if stars hadn’t exploded, because the elements - the carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, iron, all the things that matter for evolution - weren’t created at the beginning of time. They were created in the nuclear furnaces of stars, and the only way they could get into your body is if those stars were kind enough to explode. So, forget Jesus. The stars died so that you could be here today".
    - Lawrence Krauss.
"Behind every man now alive stand thirty ghosts, for that is the ratio by which the dead outnumber the living. Since the dawn of time, roughly a hundred billion human beings have walked the planet Earth.
Now this is an interesting number, for by a curious coincidence there are approximately a hundred billion stars in our local universe, the Milky Way. So for every man who has ever lived, in this Universe there shines a star.
But every one of those stars is a sun, often far more brilliant and glorious than the small, nearby star we call the Sun. And many--perhaps most--of those alien suns have planets circling them. So almost certainly there is enough land in the sky to give every member of the human species, back to the first ape-man, his own private, world-sized heaven--or hell".
    - Arthur C. Clarke.

Changing ourselves will change our world is not a slogan
It's a fact that will become more and more apparent
The same "romantic phrase" will come into contact with the understanding, the legality and the same patterns that came to us from those dying stars and supernova almost 5 billion years ago
The same foundations from which our universe is built and we have dispersed and created the lands, plants, living, and even our desires
And the desire that is in every essence gives rise to the needs of each one of us, and that should give us the thoughts and then the actions
So what happens if we change our intentions? Our desires? How this will affect the system
What is the same dust, stars, elements, molecules and atoms that bind us all?
    We haven't discovered that yet

      Simple
We will be resurrected and judged.
The righteous one of us will be granted eternal gardens where they will neither fear nor be be sad.
We know what happens to the wrong doers.
But how can a dead body that has long been decomposed and recirculated into the environment be returned anew?
But this person once didn't exist and somehow was brought into existence.
This could be by chance right?
No ,not really if you speak to a synthetic chemist even the basic elements are very difficult to configure so without external intervention the odds of these elements like carbon, helium and hydrogen forming by chance are really low unless this Happens over an very very long period of time (which is longer than the age of the known universe)
It makes sense that a designer created everything, guided each to their distinctive form and to their purpose.accomplishing a task that senseless unintelligent particles can't by chance.
I hope this answers your question.
Feel free to apply critical thinking
To islam .(the Quran and rationalism are very compatible but please remember CONTEXT)
Professor Jeffery Lang once said he never encountered a Scripture that called the reader to reason.
Constantly repeating "oh don't you then contemplate"
Sorry for the on the fly response I hope this was helpful.
I suggest researching the authorities of Norman Ali khan and bilal asad.
      Best regards✌

GRA1NG3R Non manipulated data doesn't lie. These days that must be stated, furthermore carbon emissions from hundreds more active volcanoes in the days of Mammoths as well as carbon emissions from millions of tons of biological matter which now happens on a much smaller scale due to conservation, once abstracted from said true data isn't sufficient enough to actually cause a climate change...climate change occurs over time due to occurances not on Earth but in space. Variable gravitational forces pull at the Earths tilt, this too is why Neptune has such an odd orbit...too many facts to state but I'm not dismissing aerosol and hydrocarbons destroy ozone but it doesn't cause climate change. 🙂

What a good scientist like Stephen Hawking says or rather said (R.I.P.) is, that we just don't need God anymore to describe how the world around us functions like people did in the last centuries. It seems like you have it pretty well figured out. You forgot to mention God as one of the ways we could of been created. Boy o Boy you saw the inside of a star? Are you sure it wasn't a cartoon? That's all we get to look at. If earth has to be photoshopped, wouldn't that mean that everything else further out would have to be? MMMMM elements slamming together to make other elements and exploding...surper cool! If I was 5.
