That was hilarious when they asked about their dreams and they go off talking about random stuff and the girl is like.. Pretty sure it's about, the cookies hahhaa
Let me get a plane ticket from the uk to America for this school. Advice: she probably didn’t see this so send the comment on one of the recent videos.
Alyssa Palmer no, I do mean troop Mom. That’s what we always thought of ours atleast. And also, you might want to slow down when typing so you spell correctly :)
The amount of disrespect girl scouts get while selling cookies (at least in my experiences) is ridiculous. I think it's great they are showing the nicer side of things!

Abby Lin if I couldn’t a agree with you more. I’m an ambassador in the Midwest, around here it’s very rare to see someone my age still in Girl Scouts. It also angers me because the media always see Girl Scouts as little girls rather than older girls.
They should’ve had pairs of an older and younger Girl Scout at each cookie booth. Kristin had an unfair advantage having both of the more seasoned mathematicians on her team.
Aylesha Graham I'm from England and we have brownies over here too... I was one. Although the grades were rainbows (toddlers), brownies (kids), and guides (early teens). I don't remember the exact ages
I'm in girl scouts and its pretty much just a cult that you join so that you can earn like 40¢ a box and pretty much live on that for the year. Lol plus your troop becomes your second family because you spend so much time with them
“what is one of your goals?” “i would love to be able to cook every meal for one week” “i would love to finish writing a book” “i’m pretty sure it was supposed to be about cookies” CRYING

I’ll be honest, as a GS employee for one for the 112 councils across the country, I was a little nervous about this, but OMG this was AMAZING!!!! Factual, honest, eye-opening, and well executed. Great job to the girls of GS Greater LA, and the Lady Like team for highlighting the mission of Girl Scouts: Building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place! 💚
I really enjoyed this video. I have been a Girl Scout for over 12 years and I’ve sold over 9,000 boxes of cookies. Selling cookies is harder then people think! It is even harder the older you get. People have told me multiple times that I look “too old” to be a Girl Scout. Selling cookies taught me a lot of important skills. I learned how to put myself out there, do mental math, and how to deal with annoying and rude people. I have so many funny stories from selling cookies, and they are some of the best memories I have with my mom.
I don’t smile when I sell cookies (hint hint I don’t like selling them), so my troop makes me stand in the back holding the donation bucket. once you do it for ten years you get kinda tired of it (Edit: yes I still love Girl Scouts even though I’m required to sell overpriced cookies)
rexxed757 you don't get free boxes, but you can buy the leftovers~ I have a bunch from a few seasons ago. They freeze well so you can keep them for a while

That is because the boy scouts would not allow girls when they were started. So the girls had to do their own thing. Girl Scouts is girl led and thus the girls can focus on what they want. They can do survival skills or do community service.
I used to be in Girl Scouts, and this year the rules were just too much. Out leader was already crying from all the work so we disbanded. Girl Scouts is still a good learning experience but since all the rules have changed the priority of selling cookies have propelled to just making money.
So relatable! I'm a Girl Scout and I get all these things! I love seeing things that are in my every day life right now been involved with the lady like crew :-)
Bro I’m an ambassador and I sold cookies hard at booth sales because i knew how to get people to buy even with excuses. My troop accepted credit and debit and had multiple booth sales every weekend.
The warehouse I used to work out was a distribution center for Girl Scout Cookies and I used to see thousands of CASES of cookies at a time. It was crazy. Like, hundreds of pallets with stacks of cookie cases 6-8 feet tall. We DID fet samples for the office though, which was nice. Samoas and Thin Mints will always be my faves (also delicious ice cream flavors), though the Smores, Savannah Smiles, Trefoil, and Toffee cookies sound delicious too. I hope lots of cookies are sold this year and everyone meets their goals! Wishing everyone the best of luck!
Im a Girl Scout and watching this is so fun I'm a cadette from the Girl Scouts of Chesapeake bay and what is more funny is I just got back from a cookie booth

High schoolers (with a more disposable income) tend to buy more cause it’s from a few girls.
