- Welcome back, folks.
We leave the departure lounge and get the 'drop off' system rolling. A fool proof system that keeps everyone together when riding in groups - that is, if everyone pays attention!
We arrive at the Ponderosa cafe on Horseshoe pass, for a quick breather, and to pick up more riders.
Stay tuned ;-)

I saw the marker but the guy in front didn't so I went after him to catch him and tell him to turn around but gave up and let Rob catch him ....just to make things clear ....didnt want to be blamed for it 😁😅
Fantastic,absolute brilliant Rich.
Just keeps on getting bigger and better. Well done the Wildbad Crew.
Great video, well produced. Getting better all the time
Simply brilliant Rich
Brilliant Richy you boys certainly know how to draw a crowd deffinetly need to join the party next year 👍👍
What a fantastic thing you boys have done.....well done and kind regards.
Absolutely brilliant again all. Jim is always smiling bless him 👍🏻
Looking forward to the next episode.
Awesome work chaps looks a stonking trip
Very cool episode pal. So many bikes and smiley faces. You should all be very proud of what you have created.
Thank you, Mr. Ninja 👍
Excellent turnout, brilliant day for it, beautiful scenery, nice to watch
Brilliant, from the pain of keeping everyone together to the elation of all arriving at Ponderosa. I shared it through your film, first class as usual!
Big thanks to Rob stopping with me when the bike played up 10 mins away from site.and also for going back to help pick my mates bike up after he dropped it .
Great episode a joy to watch 🏍💨💪
Love that song at the end!
Fantasic Video,beautiful scenery.Thankyou !
Richy, the drop off system is fool proof. I've just explained it to my 6 year old daughter and 5 year old son using Lego motorbikes and they both got it :)
Enjoying the footage. Must try and get over for next year.
Makes me want to flyover there from Texas. Can’t wait for the next Episode!!!
What a great big beautiful convoy. Superb episode. Thanks once more for sharing. Great entertainment
Fantastic production as always! Great weekend :)
Great video and like to thank you all for a great weekend 🤗
Very enjoyable bud ....and you booked in the sun god ☀️....now that's a proper organised weekend
Another top video of the weekender coverage Rich! Seriously impressed with the sight of all the bikes in a line going over the crest of the hill into the dip in the road and up the other side. Look forward to the next episode (and WW19 of course!)
great turn out mate and lovely roads
Great vid, love it. I'll be dropping Wheels and Waves for this next year!
By far the best route up the horseshoe pass rich know them roads well great vid as always top bloke
So gutted I was too slow to get tickets for this fantastic looking weekend, would loved to be apart of that convoy & the rest of the weekend. Looking forward to the rest of the show when it comes out, I will try again next year. On a side note hasn't your little one grown my grandson is at school now I feel so old.
What an amazing experience, I will definitely be making the time to do this again, and as Egone so eloquently put it "not bad for a couple of country bumkins from Derbyshire". And yes I recognise most of the roads as your back yard is also my back yard, maybe I will see you at Grindleford some time, keep up the great work boys.
Even though I get notification of your vids on my phone, I always wait to watch them on the big screen at home with a beer. They never disappoint! Cheers guys! 🍻
love the new b roll!
What a fantastic turn-out Ricky! Know the roads well as go on walking w/e with friends and hire a place right in the middle of Llangollen by the river. Anyway, I’ll be there next year but I’m now very concerned about the vast quantity of scotch that I’ll have to bring along - don’t think there’s a bike large enough to carry that much. Superb!
Superb as ever guys 👍
Another great video Rich .... yet this was a really good one. There is something infectious about your commentary and the music just finishes the thing off perfectly. Top work. Somehow we need to get you guys and Wildbad as part of our InSpire charity Ride-In event in May next year .... we had 350 plus bikes at the IBCC in May for our first year and aim to double that in May 2019. Ride safe? Simon
What can you say,BRILLIANT
What a great event Richy, wish I could be there with you !
Amazing video 😀👍🏼
Like your work keep it up Richy
Beltin Vid Richie. I would love to come along on the next Wildbad weekender
Brilliant! Haha you got me giving thumbs up at the end- even appears to have Egone in background sticking tongue out lol!
Great video, as usual. I'm glad the biker Egon chased after wasn't just a local biker out minding his own business, wondering who is this tosser behind me honking his horn
Yourself Egone Gaz and not forgetting Jim should be very proud of yourselfs as wildbad has become more than a group of bikers its grown into a family. I'm just proud to be part of it :). Those traffic lights at 10:30 stayed on red forever the opposite lights changed six times, 3 cycles or more and you can go so i did with caution ofc, That'll be 2 that went past marked junctions 1 did it right at the start when geoff matthias was a marker.
McrRider n
Beautiful.
Another belter fellas, lovely shot at 1.14 mins in,Egone keep taking the blood pressure tabs, how come its us Dads always waiting for our offspring, never the other way around.
Ride Safe Baza ;-)
Top-notch editing and production, Rich, as always!! Looking forward to the next one! Thank you, as always, for your efforts to give us these videos...it's appreciated! (Your VRF guy Colby in Arizona...Shiny Side UP!!) :)
Great vid. Love the drop off system, but there is no accounting for stupid. Gutted I missed it this year. Next year defo.
Get in!!!
Can’t put my finger on it but this episode feels very different from your other stuff Richy. Feels very grown up! Bloody brilliant. Looking forward to getting back on a bike (after some scrote nicked it) and coming to #WW19. All the best
I really liked the start here , soft music and the nice shot of you and daughter and wife and further to #ww18. Thank’s to Jonny from 🇸🇪Sweden🇸🇪 who will be remembered as the #1 from Sweden. Now I only can be #2 or the #2547 😂😂😂😂 Already looking forward to next video Richy ‼️
The village of Acrefair, near Trevor, is pronounced 'Ackree vire' by the locals. FYI :)
Thanks Rich, I was laughing along with you. WW fantastic
Nice one Richy !
23:41- loved the VTX 1800.. good bike that handles pretty well for a big ol'e cruiser.. Honda of course.. LOL Wish I were there Richy..
The joys of leading a group, ten max otherwise it can be a nightmare, drop off works fine if people keep their concentration. I lead rides for our local IAM group, can be stressful...we regularly lose a few.
They always are making a better fool... but in general, the drop off worked and it looks like a great ride.
Just brilliant....wwwhhhoooo....
Love the pic at the end of me fueling :)
BUT! You missed the bit where you overtook a car just before the junction where the rider went the wrong way and tried convincing me later on that you don't do that! 😂
Good vid non the less though Rich :)
May have seen us once or twice, well definitely heard Jolz . you can hear her a mile away😁
laughing lady :)
beautiful family young man! brilliant ride out! you're a good rider btw! bloody nightmare though directing the guys and girls on that trip eh? but maybe part of the fun? Egon kept you right eh, good lad? absolutely brilliant get together! hope I can join some time? ride safe guys and gals
Lovely vid Richy and looking forward to the next one. How many bike were there and is there a limit? That lot took a bit of organising! Well done!
150! 👍
Would love to know your route rich, from Macc to ponderosa 👍🏻👌🏻
The song "the grand old duke of York " is supposed to have links with Sandal castle at Wakefield, not a million miles away from you.
Great video as always Rich 👌
Great job and very self indulgent 😂❤
Just how we like it, Gord! You feature heavily in the next episode ;-)
Ahh bugger.
Hello from Derry Northern Ireland. Great vid, just wondering when the vid's for the Irish trip are coming?
Will start work on those very soon, Gary. Cheers for your patience!
Great Richy. Really enjoying the trips.
Hey Rich, what's this Wildbad weekender in Canada....where can I get more details?
Great video again Richie.... but can someone PLEASE teach Gaz to ride his bike at slow speed with BOTH feet on the pegs, preferably before he falls off.
Love the arty start Rich - except for the snogging obvs (ewww!!)
Beautiful turnout
Song at the end please?
Egone has the toughest job there.
Some great footage there Richy and great to see the wives, Girlfriends or whatever there to see you’s off, Your little Lady is gorgeous a bit like my own Granddaughter
I'm still jealous of your audio. I've asked you about two years ago how you did it and I still haven't figured it out lol. The only difference is that I'm making videos myself now too. Would love to make a motorcycle video (or even come visit you for a ride) but I can't get the audio to work lol. Depending on your desires with your channel, I'm sure you can explode when you start integrating cinematic sequences!
If I forgot to reply, I apologise. Drop me an email and I’ll try and help 👍
Rich@wildbadtouring.com
RichyVida will do, appreciate it!
I just did. Sent it by WeTransfer because the video is 500mb. Just so you know it's legit ;-)! Thanks for reaching out man, I truly appreciate it!
Wotcha Rich.I will be putting my 2002 vfr800 vtec up for sale (great Nick and 22k on the clocks, Full colour coded Honda panniers and tall screen too) Met Blue £2000 if you know anyone that needs a VFR. Cheers buddy hope your well.
Egone the sheepdog 😁
Acrefair is pronounced ackra-vy-er. Love your videos
haha all the old nursey rhimes "BUT" you forgot Humpty Dumpty :).. lol A34 my road to work "wilmslow"
Excellent production as always Richy. Question about your audio setup. Are you running the audio into one of your cameras or are you using a handheld audio recorder? Your voice (and team voice) always sounds nice and clear in your videos. Well done. FYI, Wildbad has had a big influence on me picking up a beauty of an 07 VFR. Cheers mate.
GameDevMoto I asked him this very question at wildbad weekender and got 20 minutes of severe audio geekory and the long and short of it is Rich has access to some expensive audio editing tools, audio compressors and software audio presets packs and he understands every frequency map and adjusts until his audio is as silky smooth as a cold Irish guiness on a hot day.
Haha yeah sorry about the 20 minute answer, Josh! You know you were loving it though ;-) prob everyone else around us going “wtf are they on about?” Haha top man
RichyVida It was make no mistake, its all gold and genius stuff. Just it's defo not a quick Answer or process!
No worries mate. I'm actually an audio designer by trade so post production is no mystery to me, I'm just curious what your hardware signal chain is. Thanks mate!
Thanks for your reply Mr Joshing. Subscribed to your channel. Cheers! (Is Guiness supposed to be cold? Shows how much we know about beer here in Canada)
Egone's flapping ha.. peep peep funny 12.50 " so hes off is bike - oh god? hee hee
Best laid plans huh!
Herding cats..... :)
IMHO I think you need 2 spearhead so no one will be lost Richy...
Best laid plans huh!
