I really enjoy your vlogs. Have to say that I absolutely love Charles Dickens novels - have read almost all of them - but, not wishing to do a downer and, of course, each to their own, if you have not read Dickens before I, personally, do not recommend starting with A Tale of Two Cities. Not a favourite. Never having watched the Gilmore Girls, not sure if that is the only one mentioned. Having said all of that (!) really hope you enjoy the book!!
I love that you’re doing the Rory Gilmore list but just so you know, that list is not all the books that rory has read, they are some she has read, some other characters have read or just books mentioned in passing or books made into films and they are watching the film etc. So it’s basically books mentioned in Gilmore Girls 📚
