The best for technological transfer is getting the repair and maintaince contract for jet engines. One learns faster than getting CKD OR SKD aggregates for assembly. If the repairs are done here of the defective engines then you learn very fast.

As an IITian, I left the corporate job and started teaching village kids some years back. Time to time I teach US students pursuing Post Graduation in Engineering.
Believe me when I say this, most of the Western population are filled with mediocre talents unlike in India. They just enjoy easy life. They don't know what hardship is all about.
When the dollar will fall in coming decade, they will realise how difficult it's to earn and sustain life in other parts of the world.
I am playing a small role in helping my society in right direction at the ground level. I hope it makes sense.

Moreover, the indian and south asian muslims are the most confused about fundaments of islam and abrahamic faiths as opposed to sanatan dharma. In contrast, arabs are very clear and truthful about their faith.

Technology Transfer से कोई बेनिफिट नहीं होता है एक तो जो technology transfer होती है वो पुरानी होती है. दूसरा indians टेक्नोलॉजी को समझ नहीं पाते हैं. बोफोर्स की भी टेक्नोलॉजी Transfer हुई थी? एक भी तोप OFB आज तक नहीं बना पाया है
